But anti-grav vehicles which provide by a 'side effect' the ability to go at fantastic speeds by moving 'outside of time' like the Tic-Tac UFO alien reproduction vehicle built & owned by the Consortium (the break away civilization). Airplanes can be misused, and airplanes have been misused. That doesn’t mean we should ban the building of airplanes. This is a fabulous technology.’… Then there was this one guy in the cave who said fire was very dangerous: ‘People will be burned at the stake. It’ll be used for torture. Very bad.
