A while back, someone on a boat after a party, throw balloons into the water, it was something like a $20K fine, I don't recall the exact amount but is was a very large number.

That should be enough to impeach her but what we haven’t talked enough about is what she’s not doing. She is not helping us with disaster preparedness. She delayed search and rescue by 72 hours for the Texas floods. She has been mass firing people at FEMA that should be helping us with things like this winter storm.
