Hey Adam looks great! If the gym doesn't provide such equipment you can also use the lat pulley with holding a wide bar and adjust the weight as much as you need support during making the nordic curl with you lower legs beneath the roll

Correctly and incorrectly is a strong word, I think you can do it how you want and if you do it hard enough and consistently enough you’ll get stronger at it and your hamstrings will get massive regardless… I’d do em like you tho

One of my favorite ways to remedy this is to sit back until you feel the load in your glutes. This will create an “anchor” with your hips and from there you call pull your chest up and push with your legs to initiate the lift. If the hips are in the right spot, it will feel like the weight is going to “leverage” itself right off the ground due to the tension felt in the glutes at this time. The hip height on this is going to look different on everyone depending on individual leverages, but the sensation and overall function of the cue will be the same. At the start of a deadlift, we want our hips at the highest they can be with our shoulders in line with the bar. This cue will help to accomplish that! Class is in session, fellas. When doing adduction machine, you want the biggest stretch… and at that point, the weight still needs to be suspended (not resting on the stack). In order to do this, get in the machine, slide your ass up the back rest (stand up) and adjust to the widest position. Then sit down. Do your set. Stand back up and release. Seen too many dudes fuck this up.

This exercise should be mandatory for people who sit at desks. It's called the Band dislocate. When you sit at a desk for long periods of time your shoulders start rounding forward and your chest caves in. Band dislocates help mobilize your rotator cuffs while stretching out your chest muscles. How to do them: You can use a band, a towel or a broom handle. Resistance band is best. Hold the band in front of your waist. Rotate your arms up & over your head down to your low back. Reverse the process. That is one rep. Do this for 6 to 12 reps. Do this a few times a week and your shoulders and chest will thank you.

Most people think of rollbacks all wrong! They think the point of a rollback is to be quicker on your rollback than your opponent. The fact is, at the higher levels athleticism is pretty equal and you can’t rely on this! The way you should think of your rollback is by making your guy overrun you! Using the deception of hesitation moves, you can get a step and make your guy late. When he’s late, now he has to really accelerate to catch up. One key is using deception in your rollback posture to sell go while you’re rolling back. It doesn’t even matter if he’s faster than you, you’re still going to destroy him on your rollback if you can get him to overrun you! There are lots of different kinds of hesitations you can use, but this is more of a concept! Tell me if you know how to do this.

I don’t actually mean it the way you think … what I mean is sooooo many of you are soooooo angry at your parents for what THEY DID … without you spending a second time thinking of what happened to them and oftentimes what happened to them was based on their anger and resentment and the negative impact that they got from their parents, AKA the concept of this post. Before you get super Bob down at the details , "Grandma, what did great grandma do or great grandpa do?" This is all generational. The real question is: instead of being angry at your parents, are you going to stop the pattern and put in the work and surround yourself with positivity and accountability and have the right people around you? Whether it's meditation or exercise or therapy or other things, are you going to put in the work to get to the next place so you can stop the negativity, the pessimism, the cynicism, the fear and create a new chapter in your family's world?

"There were almost 3 years of like complete brutality of things not working and me trying things and me learning different things and running out of money, stressed about rent, like the whole 9 yards." Don't hedge your bets."
