Did a lot of these in baseball days, should bring them back.

They are massively helpful especially if you sit at a desk.

It's to avoid round back and forward neck. Uncomfortable at first, but after couple of days, our body will feel lighter. It's like opening some clogged blood vessels around shoulder and back area.

Good one - for Level 2 do it with a stick.
