This thing is a beast! This is what a 26-axis CNC wire forming machine from Japan looks like. So much automation and flexibility to manufacture almost anything you want out of wires. Maybe one day we can develop such machines here.

Just to give you guys a visual reference of what we’re currently building. This is a 12-axis CNC controlled wire forming machine which can bend wires and coil springs up to 2.5mm wire diameter (spring steel and equivalent). Out of the 12 axis, 10 of those axis will have almost zero backlash planetary reducers. Precision is the name of the game. All the 8 slides you see on the front plate can be moved and rotated along the plate’s axis for better flexibility and accuracy. This will also have a rotary wire pecking system that would be the first of its kind to be made in India. I can’t wait to build this machine and show you guys how it manufactures precision springs all day and all night. The parts of this machine are being manufactured in our facility as I post this.

Just designed a new machine. It’s called a wire de-coiler. As the name suggests, it de-coils the wire to be fed into the machine. It works in tandem with our CNC machines. This is a bought out machine till now but we did the math and we can actually make it for roughly the price. Another machine to be made in-house soon!

Normal Tic Tac Toe rules just with a PokeDoku twist. This is just the Beta, we are planning to tweak and add much more to this game mode. Any feedback would be much appreciated. One thing to look out for in a future update is a category filter like in Unlimited Mode. Our plan is to add a filter for when you play against your friends so you can customize what categories you’d like to play with. We are super excited to share this game mode with our fans. We have breached the 1000 pcs/minute mark on our CNC spring coiler! Ours is now the fastest CNC spring machine in the country built by an Indian company. This machine is now comparable to speeds and precision of global benchmarks from Germany and Japan of this category. This was a long time coming. We started at a mere 200 pcs/minute. It took us four years of R&D to get here but we finally made it. Also, this machine can go faster. This is not even its full potential. Proudly built in Bharat 🇮🇳
