WTF, THIS GUY STOPPED REPLYING TO HIS FRIENDS ON IMESSAGE. NOW HIS HERMES AI AGENT DOES IT FOR HIM AND THEY CAN’T TELL THE DIFFERENCE. Every time he gets a text, Hermes drafts a reply first. He never sends that draft. Instead, he writes his actual response and Hermes compares the two. The gap between what Hermes predicted and what he actually said becomes the training signal.
