TEN’s TMI: I suddenly got a sore throat after coming to Shanghai, so I took some medicine, but it actually got worse this morning. I was really nervous since I had to sing tonight and my voice wasn’t coming out well, so I got some throat syrup. Lately I’ve been carrying it with me everywhere, and after taking it, my voice felt much better, so I was able to perform just fine 😊 #TENxSuperMangoMusicFest

True. ARMYs have a way of burying things that don’t fit the image we have of them. And honestly i have to own my part in that too especially when it came to my faves. I only found out about this now and it hurts knowing i was happily waiting for BTS to return while all of this was happening. I had no idea about the ARIRANG backlash. It never reached my tl. Looking back i feel like i was genuinely brainwashed by the fandom bubble. I trusted the boys so much that if something didn’t affect me directly i barely questioned it. What happened with CB woke me up and made me look at everything differently. Now i can’t stop wondering how much i never saw and how much i simply didn’t want to see. The hardest part is realising that without even noticing i was slowly compromising my own values just to keep believing in people i loved. BTS_official 방탄소년단 #방탄소년단 (ctto @/ cjnlegalnurse)

Ok so here is my experiment with using my art and writing to generate an animation. This is just an experiment so I could see how this stuff works. I did my own editing in DaVinci Resolve because there was some sections w/ slop but some good parts so I took the best pieces I could and stitched together the final video. Used Venice which was very flexible and easy to use. Feedback is welcome! #WerewolfWednesday #Werewolf #Werewolves #DigitalArt

But actually my condition yesterday was very good so I ended up dancing a little more intensely than usual. I was going so hard that when I was supposed to breathe in I couldn’t get any air in. There were so many people too and something just felt really strange yesterday then I gradually started feeling more suffocated and every time I sang my head kept spinning. I kept trying to push through it thinking “no, no, I can’t do this” but there’s a really high note at the climax of “GONE” I sang that part and after that I was completely done for [...] 🐈‍⬛: While performing “Cry For Me” my hands were trembling like crazy and my whole body was shaking. I don’t know why that happened I was experiencing some symptoms of hyperventilation so I came down from the stage then took a little rest and performed the rest of the concert while seated :] #지효 #JIHYO #ジヒョ

Seen this movement stuff for a while, so I finally gave it a go. This was my first time doing it, so it’s not perfect yet, it felts great… I wanna to start adding this into my daily routine. It’s meant to help with blood flow, lymphatic drainage, mobility, and getting the whole body moving. My body is way stiffer than it looks, tight shoulders, neck and back.. so this seems perfect and simple.

I wondered what is this, and it was Anxin, patting me gently like this, and he placed a Binghongcha, an iced black tea which I love, right next to my face. I almost cried at that moment, for real.
