How is this even possible. This guy from Ohio is a registered predator. He "served" his time, paid his dues in the eyes of the judicial system. Somehow, he found a loophole and ended up starting and owning 2 businesses, get this, that revolved around CHILDREN. Play parks. Where groups of kids come for birthday parties, get togethers, etc... He and his attorney claim he is just a numbers guy, and is nowhere around the businesses, but I don't feel thats acceptable... The system is so messed up.
