Why is there never any accountability when it comes to employers. It seems they operate teetering on the edge of ethical incompetence at times when it comes to hiring. If I make a mistake on the application then I can easily be disqualified without an explanation for a job. But how can they offer me a job and then take it away because they didn’t check my availability? Is it because they thought if they offered me enough money I would change my mind? Would that work with you? I can be flexible but I do keep a schedule for a reason.

Two ladies call an Uber to pick them up for a ride. As they get settled in to the Uber, they ask the driver to turn the air conditioner on. The driver refuses and tells the women that if they had wanted A/C then they should have paid for an Uber comfort. The women continue to argue with the driver telling him all cars have an A/C and they are simply asking for him to turn it on. He still refuses and said that he does not use the A/C on regular standard fares because it burns his gas faster. *side note: This is NOT Uber’s policy, just the man being cheap. According to Uber, A/C is required on every ride. Would you ask to get out of the car immediately or would you complete your ride? Would you contact Uber to report this driver or just give him a bad rating?

Continue to distinguish between Hamas combatants and civilians. Areas out of concern for the hostages and civilians. And of course, this is not without risk to the hostages. But after 668 consecutive days and at least four major ceasefire proposal deals rejected by Hamas, something has to change. G-d speed and praying for all involved. IMO.
