Such a great point made by Larry Forman. In order for the taillight pieces from Karen Read's Lexus to scatter into a 20-30ft radius, John O'Keefe would have to be hit with such a force making them literally explode into that type of radius. It wouldn't happen if John O'Keefe were hit by the Lexus going 24mph, in reverse, in the snow, with no broken bones, and without anyone seeing or hearing the supposed accident. It's just not possible. I agree with Larry, that type of scattering would be more consistent with being hit by a MAC Truck going way over 24mph. New Video- SERT SEARCH: Hiding The Damage When you look at this case through the lens that the MSP (Tully, Proctor & Yuri) were working an "honest investigation, not covering anything up"- is when you truly see how unexplainable their actions during the investigation were. Looking through that lens, when you think about Yuri, Proctor & Tully NOT providing SERT A photograph of the damaged taillight, there is no explanation for it. -They "KNEW" how much damage there was to the taillight -They KNEW SERT was at the scene LOOKING for the taillight -They KNEW that nobody at the scene knew how much damage was at the time. KNOWING this, for them to not send a picture to Tully of the damage to assist the SERT search makes ZERO sense. They should have WANTED to find as much taillight as possible. After scraping John O’Keefe’s clothing, tiny fragments of broken taillight (a match to Karen Read’s taillight) were found embedded in his shirt. Not just “stuck” or “resting on” the fabric. Embedded. This means the fragments were pressed into the fibers of the fabric - forced into the weave of the shirt by impact, pressure or friction. Think of a splinter of glass that slices into a shirt during an accident. The fragments found were about 1/8 inch by 1/16 inch. That’s about the size of: •A tiny wood splinter •A coarse grain of sand •A fragment of crushed red pepper •The leg of a small ant •A piece of cracked nail or shell Imagine trying to manually embed something that small into a shirt. Not tape it on. Not drop it into a pocket. Physically force it into the threads of a cotton shirt. You’d need tools, magnification, and a steady hand and still probably couldn’t do it convincingly without damaging the fabric or leaving evidence. So there’s really only one explanation - those fragments were embedded during an actual, forceful impact. John O’Keefe wasn’t planted in the snow by his friends that night. He was hit and those taillight fragments were driven into his clothing by the force of that collision.

Who inverted the new Karen Read footage from Pequitside Farm in Canton? My last post caused some confusion because I uploaded the clip exactly as it was produced by the DA’s office. That led to questions: which taillight are we looking at? Is the research wrong? Did I flip it? Am I losing it? 😅 Here’s the thing.. when reviewing new evidence, we have to anchor ourselves in what we already know. It’s easy to default to the simplest explanation (in this case, assuming the visible taillight is the driver’s side). But at this point, taking anything from the Norfolk County DA’s office at face value would be naïve. From the timeline we know: 🔹️ Kerry Roberts was driving her SUV behind Jen McCabe and Karen Read as they left Jen’s house heading toward John’s. 🔹️ Kerry was not present when Karen initially left John’s home earlier. 🔹️ Pequitside Farm sits on the right-hand side of the road when traveling from Jen’s to John’s. 🔹️ The camera is positioned on the right side of the road. If the camera is on the right, the taillight closest to it is the passenger-side taillight.. not the driver’s side. Which means the undamaged taillight we see closest to the camera is the very same taillight later photographed as obliterated in MSP evidence photos. So why does the clip make it look like we’re viewing the driver’s side? When looking at the original supplied footage, the “Do Not Enter” sign is backwards. So either we’re dealing with yet another mysteriously inverted camera… or the footage was flipped. The most important takeaway here isn’t left vs. right. It’s that Karen Read’s taillight is visibly intact. Not shattered. Not obliterated. Which brings us to the real question. If it wasn’t broken there, then who broke it?

I’ve been thinking about this moment all weekend; absolute perfection by Alan Jackson 🚨 Bev’s stutter when AJ says he wants to enter it into evidence 🚨 Pleading with her eyes at Hank to object and the disappointment when he doesn’t 🚨 The way she does NOT want that taillight in AJ’s hands, and the way he takes it anyways 🚨 THE KNOCK I think this could make a huge difference for jurors. To be able to have that hard polycarbonate in the room while deliberating, it’s a lot harder to imagine a scenario where John is hit and cut up by that taillight but not bruised.

Ummmmm well… That’s weird Attorney Brennan 🤨 “Debris” marked as evidence 7-18.18 was collected from BOTH the orange t shirt and gray long sleeve hoodie by Maureen Hartnett. It was a scraping from both shirts after delivered to MA crime lab on March 14th by Trooper Proctor.
