Sorry, but I know the speech. It's chopped to appear he's saying awful things when in reality that was a "some evil people think..." and all that stuff. He did enough crime and damage to the country... no need to invent more.

This clip is what the left does to us. If you watch the speech it is NOT what they are trying to say it is here. And you know I am NOT an obuma fan just calling out real propaganda. It runs on all sides.
