You simply forget, (or ignore), that Al Qaida was initially supported by the USA with 250M US$ to fight the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. ISIS was created in Abu Ghareib prison in Iraq , which was then under the control of the USA in order to wreak havoc in Iraq and Syria.
