This video of xQc not knowing Infinite Wealth is turn-based during a sponsored stream is very funny to me

To be clear, it’s fine if he doesn’t know (not a particularly good use of marketing money on Sega’s part, perhaps), I just find the “ok then” after inviting his opponent to attack very funny.

They could’ve given anyone an early copy and this was the guy

He is the worst choice for a sponsored stream I could have imagined. There are so many great streamers out there who love the series that would have been a better choice.

I don't think I've ever heard the circle button be called "oh" before.

I think the point of giving XQC the sponsorship was to showcase the game to a large audience of gamers who are less familiar with the series overall. Giving a sponsorship to somebody whose viewers already played a couple Yakuza games might not have as much of a marketing impact.

Why would they sponsor someone who knows nothing about it and not sponsor big fans? I’m one of them! Lol

Reminds me of whenever Yakuza 7 popped up at xbox events they would actively try and hide that it was turnbased lol.

Looking so forward to this game, but it fucking sucks they paid this guy to promote it
