The consequences of staying silent and benefiting from tribalism, along with the desire for one’s pain and suffering to be seen as superior to that of another group, reflect deeply flawed thinking and reasoning, as well as extreme selfishness. It seems that Tigrayan activists need hatred to stay relevant, even as they witness in real-time that the narratives and rhetoric their leaders used to provoke them into joining the war were based on lies. At the core of these lies was political ambition, yet they still refuse to reform, step back, and engage in some soul-searching. Even as you see your own generals now fighting with the Abiy regime, still you work to keep tribal hate alive in your communities. Right now Debretsion is in Addis Ababa begging Abiy to recognise the removal of Getachew as the Tigray regions interim leader and recognize their faction as leaders, but you are here working hard to keep the hate alive in your communities. The truth of the matter is you will not be affected, you speak from a position of a bruised ego and not concern for the condition of your people or their future ! At least some of you like @cherinet_ are trying to reform to some extent knowing that the road is fruitless and a dead end, but the rest of you are desperately holding on to maintain the status quo, not knowing your people stand to lose the most not anyone els, no one is going to beg you to accept Ethiopia.

@DawitDigital Thank you so much!! This will help resuscitate the short memories of the Tigrai leaders who became a burden to their constituencies. Forgetting all of these, they fall in love & want to go to bed with their arch enemies.

Two Years ago today 💔 4th May 2021 - Meaza Gidey Gebremedhin: ❝The war started well long ago. Right after Abiy Ahmed Ali 🇪🇹 was selected by the EPRDF, he forged a military pact with a neighboring country (Isaias Afewerki). They have been working together to wage war against the people of #Tigray. The #Eritrean government through its President had been seen visiting military camps, participating in all internal affairs of the country. There was also a report by the European Union Josep Borrell Fontelles 🔗 ⚠️ Warning about a war looming, and this is mainly because they had evidence showing Tigray being encircled not only by Eritrean troops but also by the #Amhara militia and the #Ethiopian National army. Having said that, what's happening in Tigray is devastating, people do not have access to Humanitarian Aid. 4.5 million people are starving, they're facing a man-made famine according to the United Nations report.❞ Neamin Zeleke supported the Genocidal campaign in Tigray with the involvement of Eritrean forces, Amhara including all other regional forces. He even went as far as to admit that #Somalian 🇸🇴 forces who committed Atrocities were in Tigray 🔗 ❝[Ethiopia] It had to scramble including bringing forces as far away as from #Somalia to deploy in Tigray. It is the right of the Ethiopian Government and it's within the sovereign rights of the Ethiopian people to use whatever force to defend the sovereignty.❞ FRANCE 24 🔗 #Ethiopia & #Eritrea are guilty of #TigrayGenocide

3rd May - #Tigrayan Civilians Were The Target of a 'Relentless Ethnic Cleansing Campaign' @TouzeSebastien: ❝Since November 2020, the authorities and the #Amhara security forces have been waging a merciless campaign of what you might call ethnic cleansing to try and drive out the #Tigray people out of Western Tigray. They're doing this with the consent and the potential participation of the #Ethiopian Federal forces, to do this they resort to threats, to unlawful homicides, sexual violence, the use arbitrary detentions on a massive scale, as well as pillaging, force transfers and deprivation of Humanitarian Aid.❞ - The United Nations's Committee Against Torture on #WesternTigray 🔗 ---------------------------------------- 6th April 2022 - Amnesty International & @HumanRightsWatch Released Joint Investigations of Ethnic Cleansing in Western #Tigray ❝We Will Erase You from This Land.❞ Crimes Against Humanity and Ethnic Cleansing in Ethiopia’s #WesternTigray Zone Full Report: Human Rights Watch 🔗 Full Report: Amnesty International 🔗 Video: HRW 🔗 ---------------------------------------- On 20 March 2023 Department of State Released Atrocity Determination, Secretary Antony Blinken: ❝Members of the #Amhara forces also committed the crime against humanity of deportation or forcible transfer and committed ethnic cleansing in western Tigray.❞ 🔗 #Ethiopia & #Eritrea are guilty of #TigrayGenocide

🚨 The Evolution of Abiy Ahmed Ali 🇪🇹 on Eritrea ◼️Abiy Ahmed on Eritrea in 2022: "Imagine what would have happened if we had not made peace with Eritrea." “The Eritrean people gave them (ENDF) water, fed them food, and armed them. This is something the Ethiopian people need to know and appreciate.” “The Eritrean people have not only shown us that they are our brothers but have shown us through action that they are there for us in trying times.” “For this operation, I want to thank the Eritrean people and their government.” ◼️Abiy Ahmed on Eritrea in 2026: "Some people think, speculate, and analyze that the problem between Ethiopia and Eritrea started when Ethiopian government raised the issue of the Red Sea. But that's not the case. There has been a problem between Ethiopia and Eritrea since the creation of the Eritrean state." "The tension escalated after we captured Axum and moved on, but they went into Axum and massacred the youth." " This issue has no value for today but what I want to mention for the history books is that when youth were massacred in Axum, when Adwa and Adigrat were looted, I have sent several envoys to Eritrea." "I sent him there to tell them that the Tigray people are my people, and to not abuse them or steal from them. And how our fight is with TPLF, not the people of Tigray." "So when we enter Mekelle we knew they (Eritrean forces) would go in and destroy the big city so we said to them, 'if you try to pass Wukro, we will leave Weyane (TPLF) and start fighting you'."

25th June - Meaza Gidey Gebremedhin on Ethiopia's "Transitional Justice" for the Genocide committed in #Tigray ❝There are concrete evidences that prove what happened was indeed a state-led Genocide that resulted in the killing and the massacre of over half a million people, and the conflict related sexual violence of over 350,000 young girls and women. But despite these facts, they are independently verified, the State Department, and others said the US government continues to push for a Transitional Justice. Transitional Justice in a very simple term is like reconciliation or forgiving, and moving forward. We don't believe, I personally as an International Relations Researcher, and as a Human Rights Defender do not believe Transitional Justice would lead towards stability and peace. What could lead towards sustainable peace in Ethiopia is, real accountability and Justice mechanism that the people continue to call for. This is not really a call only coming from the people in Tigray, I believe this is a call that is echoed across the board by all Ethiopians. There is a very legitimate reason why that's the case, why we don't think transitional Justice will lead Ethiopia towards sustainable peace and stability. One, the federal government controls all Judiciary mechanisms in Ethiopia including the Supreme Court, doesn't have the political will nor the commitment to render Justice for the crimes it committed. Two, the Ethiopian Judiciary System doesn't have the capacity to adjudicate crimes as grave as weaponized sexual violence, and man-made famine, and massacre. Third, and the most important thing is the conflict in Tigray was not a local conflict, it was a regional conflict that involved #Eritrean, #Somalia to a certain degree, #UAE United Arab Emirates and many other countries, and so there has to be a Justice and accountability mechanism that truly reflects the reality, and has the intention, and the capacity to forge a better path going forward. But what's happening today as it has been echoed earlier when folks from the State Department were talking is that the US Government, and others haven't seen enough of the evil nature of the Federal government, they haven't seen enough of how little to no regard the Federal government has when it comes to Human Rights, and they want to continue giving them chance to kill and and massacre more people, and marginalized even more people in the Nation. So really the solution here is for Global, or International Partners including the US Government to have a well informed foreign policy towards Ethiopia. Foreign policy that centers the aspirations, and the political wishes of the #Ethiopian people and not necessarily the few that continue to influence the Foreign Policy. The last thing I would say is, ensuring that there is a victim centered approach to everything that we do, as we continue to aspire and to hope, to create a better future for Ethiopians. We have to make sure that our advocacy centers, on the voices of the victims.❞ Oromia 11 🔗 #Ethiopia & #Eritrea are guilty of #TigrayGenocide

My speech supporting Donald J. Trump and condemning the #AmharaGenocide at the Amhara rally near White House First of all, I congratulate President Trump and the American people for the big win. This is, in fact, a great opportunity. An opportunity for America to heal, and an opportunity for other nations like Ethiopia that are suffering due to the chokehold of the global order, too. The powers that are complicit in the genocide of Amhara people in Ethiopia are the same powers promoting an evil, far-leftist, and neo-marxist agenda throughout the world. They destroyed Ethiopia decades ago by introducing identity politics, ethnic division, and a militant, anti-cultural, Marxist ideology, leading to the devastation and destruction of the country by way of war and genocide. These same powers are now attempting to destroy Western civilization by tearing apart the structure of the family, shutting down free speech, and flooding the West with ideological zealots that aim to reduce Judeo-Christian values in the West to ashes. President Trump and his administration came up at the perfect time to impede such a destructive agenda from meeting its end goal. when Trump was president between 2016 and 2020, he played a role in removing TPLF from power: A fact that was stated by Sebhat Nega in an interview in Mekele. They had diverted funds intended to fight Al-Shabaab to strengthen the terror group instead. Trump has also acknowledged the suffering of Armenians and Copts. The Ethiopian Amhara diaspora is largely conservative in terms of values, hard-working, and the Ethiopian Orthodox Church prays for America in the US during every Liturgy or Mass. Ethiopian Americans love this country and believe that there's now an opportunity to restore America to greatness. There is also an opportunity to restore Ethiopia to greatness and create a strong alliance between the two countries that share similar values and have many common interests. Ethiopia was once a pillar of the West in antiquity. Now, it's in the hands of an anti-culture, anti-civilization, and anti-faith regime that commits genocide on Amhara people with the intention of causing the erasure of Ethiopia's longstanding values. The same powers that restrict Amharas from voicing the genocide being committed by the regime and the same global organizations that silently watch the massacres of Amhara civilians are the ones seeking to shut down free speech here in America. We are happy that Trump, Elon Musk [Elon Musk], and the new administration have defeated them. As Yuval Noah Harari said, Trump's win is a deathblow to the global order. Unknown and evil forces tried to kill him, but he implored the intercession of St. Michael, venerated the Virgin Mary, and then he won. The Ethiopian regime is causing instability in the Horn of Africa by waging war on Amhara people; and the Amhara people are fighting to ascertain their survival as a people in order to exist, and ensure the integrity of Ethiopia to impede terrorist forces from breeding in a possible vacuum created by the regime's war. We want peace, stability, and the survival of Amharas and all Ethiopians; and in that way, we can cooperate to create stability in the entire region extending into the Middle East. At last, we have great hope that President Trump's administration will have no patience for the Ethiopian regime that's committing genocide, waging ethnic war, and causing regional instability, and that a new era of freedom is coming for America, for Ethiopia, and for the world. God bless America, God bless Ethiopia, and God bless the Amhara people.

Field Marshal Birhanu Jula: "Tigray Can Constitutionally Secede" A Message Interpreted as a Threat by Many Addis Ababa | In a controversial statement that is sparking renewed debate about Ethiopia’s federal structure and the future of Tigray, Field Marshal Birhanu Jula, the Chief of Staff of the Ethiopian National Defense Forces, declared that "if the people of Tigray want to separate from Ethiopia, they can do so through constitutional means." The remark, made during a recent public address, echoes earlier comments by Addis Ababa Mayor Adanech Abebe during the height of the war in Tigray, who also suggested on national television that secession is a constitutional right. While these statements may appear to affirm the federal constitution's Article 39, which provides nations and nationalities the right to self-determination, many Tigrians see them as veiled threats rather than genuine acknowledgments of legal rights. Critics argue that such comments are not extended with goodwill but used as tools of coercion. "The message is loud and clear," said one observer. "If you dare invoke your constitutional rights, the government will treat you as an enemy. You’re expected to live not as free citizens but according to directives handed down from the center." This rhetoric, combined with the devastating toll of the Tigray war — widely recognized by international observers as involving war crimes, including ethnic cleansing and acts of genocide — has fueled mistrust and disillusionment. While many hoped for a path of justice, accountability, and reconciliation after the war, the official tone remains defiant and, to many, dismissive of the trauma experienced by the Tigrian people. Rather than addressing the underlying grievances in Tigray or meaningfully engaging in peacebuilding, critics say Ethiopian federal authorities have resorted to intimidation and nationalist rhetoric. This, they warn, may further entrench divisions and drive the region toward renewed instability. Calls are growing from both inside and outside Tigray for international mediation, justice for war crimes, and an honest national dialogue about Ethiopia’s future — one rooted in consent, rights, and respect for all peoples, not threats disguised as legal clarity.
