Blaming America for foreign chaos while ignoring weak leadership is a joke. Real strength means putting our interests first, not begging hostile regimes for deals.

Alan Eyre isn't talking about missiles. He's describing a supply chain chokehold where the only exit ramp is a diplomatic dead end.

exporting regional stability while importing higher shipping costs because we outsourcing our foreign policy to local militias is quite the macroeconomic strategy

I'm giving myself permission to enjoy it.

OUCH! True, though. I never thought he'd do that much damage... and all to distract attention from the Epstein files!

Alan Eyre clearly understands this region deeply and its kind of scary how much sense he makes compared to what we actually see happening

The Houthis controlling that much strategic territory and airstrikes alone wont fix it. So whats the actual plan here? Anyone?

If China really did provide intelligence that got American soldiers killed and thats just being swept under the rug for a photo op... we have serious problems

Hello

Sobering

Exasperation as foreign policy lol yeah that always works out great for everyone involved

The bigger risk isnโt just the war itself. Itโs what prolonged conflict does to trade routes, energy prices, alliances and the dollar system. Thatโs the part Iโd be watching. The geopolitical fallout could outlast the headlines.
