I've done that once it was fun

It is actually super addicting if you do it a few times. It takes a few hours to get good at it and around 10-20h to start doing cool things like upside down flying.

Did they let you fly alone at your first lesson? I got to after he felt I had good enough control.

It wasn't scary in the dangerous sense, I was just thinking all the time, don't screw up and look like an idiot in front of the rest of the group. haha

Gonna skydive? I’ve been in some pretty intense situations but nothing has ever hit me like the first time looking down from a plane right before freefall

Not just a cartoon anymore!

It's very similar to freefall, but without the potential for ground rush. Which takes some of the fun out of it, but great for perfecting moves for relative work.

I have always wanted to do that. How was it? I can't due to a service injury.

I tried that last year. Absolutely hated it. It felt like my arms were being ripped out of their sockets. Do the real thing, it's a lot more fun.
