In the end, Macron's France is not a real ally of anyone but itself. Being kicked out of Africa, he seeks to expand his influence elsewhere. Curious why you said that France succeeded in Lebanon. Hezbollah continues to attack, breaking the ceasefire. Seems more like a failure.

U.S. President Trump's 21-point peace plan in Gaza is more of a comprehensive vision for the future of Israel-Palestinian and Israel-Arab relations than it is a ceasefire deal. ⏬ Downside: 👉 The proposed plan is essentially a compilation of the former ceasefire proposals, with a long-term vision for deradiclization and development. 👉 The plan is full of vague articles that beg deeper discussions on implementation and limitations. 👉 Very little is said about guarantees for Israel's security. 👉 The involvement and responsibility of Arab countries are still minimal. 📈 Potential: ☀️ Still, the plan has great potential to work because it differs from all the previous ceasefire proposals in one key issue: 🇸🇦🇮🇱 This is the first time a deal about Gaza is framed for negotiations between Israel and the Arab-Islamic bloc without making it conditional on Hamas ' approval.
