Here is how the Palestinians, and Arabs at large, celebrated 9/11 in 2001... exactly the same way they celebrated October 7 in 2023. Here is why you should not accept the political rhetoric adopted by some American politicians (mostly of Arab and Islamic origins) that 9/11 was a reaction to US foreign policies. That is pure deception and is based on Anti-Western, Anti-American hostility that I was disgusted by, growing up in the Middle East. 9/11 and October 7 were just manifestations of how evil some humans could be. Do not let the politicians apologize for the terrorists who committed them, or the heartless crowds that celebrated them. 🇺🇸 God bless America and the free world!

Is Saudi Arabia preparing for normalization with Israel? Saudi Arabia has dropped the phrase 'The Muslims will never give up Jerusalem' from its school textbooks, as noted in a July 2026 IMPACT-se report reviewing 2024-2026 content. The changes also soften language on Israel, Zionism, non-Muslims, and religious exclusivity, aligning with efforts to promote coexistence and critical thinking. 📺 Watch my full analysis on this with Natasha Raquel Kirtchuk on i24NEWS English today:

🇪🇬🇬🇷🇨🇾 The two most interesting undeclared outcomes of the Egypt, Greece, and Cyprus trilateral summit today are that: 🇹🇷 Turkey has not yet fully succeeded in pulling Egypt into its geopolitical sphere. 🇮🇱 Israel was present at the table, not as a topic, but as an indispensable strategic partner to all three parties on all issues related to the Eastern Mediterranean. 📺 Watch my analysis on this, with Laura Cellier on i24NEWS English today:

#Israel is NOT waging a war on #Gaza civilians. 👉The Israeli army is defending itself against #Hamas terrorism, for the good of both the Israeli and the Palestinian peoples. 👇Nothing proves that as clear as this video. Israeli soldiers got off their tank to help an elderly woman in Gaza stand on her feet again! How symbolic this scene is. Just compare this to the scene of Hamas terrorists dragging, humiliating, and raping Israeli women on October 7. #إسرائيل #حماس #غزة #IsraeliWomen

🇶🇦🇵🇰 Forget about Pakistan! Qatar is the only actor with actual leverage over the US-Iran negotiations. Did you know that the resort in Switzerland where the US-Iran negotiations are now happening is actually owned by the state of Qatar? 🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇷 The US-Iran Memorandum of Misunderstanding is causing panic and confusion across the Middle East, not only in Israel. 🇦🇪🇧🇭🇸🇦 Most Gulf Arab states do not know how to deal with the thug in their neighborhood (the Iranian regime) who is now further empowered by negotiating with (or, to be accurate, manipulating) their protector and most important ally, the United States. 🇪🇬🇹🇷 The meeting of Egypt, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia's foreign ministers in Cairo today is only an attempt by those left out of the negotiations to show the US that they remain relevant to decisions about the region's future. 📺 Watch my analysis on this and more with Nicole Zedeck on i24NEWS English today:

🪖🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia is hedging against regional disorder from multiple directions while filling some of the strategic space created by Iran’s weakening and withdrawal. 🇸🇦🇹🇷🇵🇰 The Saudi-Turkey-Pakistan defense pact is not an anti-Iran coalition. Turkey and Pakistan have been sleeping in the same bed with the Iranian regime for decades. 🕋 The Mecca Defense Agreement has been in the making for roughly two years, but it was accelerated by regional upheaval and growing Saudi disappointment with Washington as the ultimate guarantor of Gulf security. Riyadh is increasingly seeking greater strategic autonomy rather than relying on a single external protector. 🌎 Saudi Arabia needs deterrent capabilities of its own. Its nuclear ambitions have not produced an independent nuclear deterrent, while massive investment in armament and localization of the military industry has yet to deliver the level of strategic independence Riyadh wants. 🪖 The new pact allows Saudi Arabia to pool strategic assets with two powerful partners: 🇵🇰 Pakistan brings nuclear deterrence and significant military capabilities; 🇹🇷 Turkey brings NATO experience and a sophisticated, rapidly expanding defense industry; Saudi Arabia brings money, geography, and political weight. 🇺🇸🇸🇦 Nor is Saudi Arabia replacing Washington as its primary defense partner. KSA is diversifying its security portfolio and building on an existing web of bilateral defense relationships, including Saudi-Pakistan, Turkey-Pakistan, Turkey-Qatar, and Pakistan-Kuwait, etc. 📺 Watch my interview with Natasha Raquel Kirtchuk on i24NEWS English today on this topic:

🇺🇸🚢🇮🇷 Following the U.S. blockade of the Hormuz Strait, aligning Gulf Arab states under the banner of common interests is Iran's next move. 🇸🇦🇶🇦 Saudi Arabia and Qatar received phone calls from Abbas Araghchi, the foreign minister of Iran, today, while the Iranian regime is still striking them. 📺 Watch my analysis on i24NEWS English with Natasha Raquel Kirtchuk to know why it is not as paradoxical as it sounds:

🇶🇦🔥🇦🇪 Qatar-sponsored media campaign against the UAE is all about protecting the Muslim Brotherhood in Sudan. 🇸🇩 Sudan is the last place in the Middle East where the Political Islamist project (whether Sunni or Shiite) is still active and strong. 👉 There is a pattern here. Qatar is talented in using the sufferings of the local civilians in regional conflicts as a weapon to attack and make political gains. 👉 The good news is that the end of Political Islamism is near, as the U.S. is taking steps to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization. 📺 Watch my take on this and more in my interview today with Laura Cellier at i24NEWS English

Hamas' biggest fear is not Israel, but the people in Gaza. Hamas knows that the moment they fully disarm and give away their tunnels and hideouts, the people in Gaza (including anti-Hamas militia and even ordinary people) will take violent revenge on them. It seems that the Board of Peace is finally able to see the light about the situation in Gaza. Admitting that it is impossible for Israeli troops to pull back before Hamas fully decommissions is the first step in the right direction. 📺 Watch my full analysis on this with Nicole Zedeck on i24NEWS English today:

🇪🇬🇮🇱 It is the first time the Egyptian President El-Sisi refers to Israel as an "enemy" and purposefully reframes the attack on Hamas in Qatar as a hostility towards all Arab and Islamic states. 👉 Egypt is speaking from a position of fear that it may be the next target of an Israeli attack, given the fact that it already hosts members of Hamas and the Islamic Jihad. 📺 Watch my take on the fiery statements from Arab leaders at the Doha Summit today: مصر السيسي قطر قمة الدوحة إسرائيل رفح سيناء غزة حماس

Let me be the one highlighting the silver lining of the #October7 tragedy! As horrific as it was, October 7, 2023 will be remembered as the day that changed the Middle East forever... perhaps for the good. It was meant to be the end of #Israel, just like the #Holocaust was meant to be the end of the Jewish people in #Europe. Yet, thanks to the mighty Israeli army, this day will be written down in history books as the beginning of the end of #Hamas, #Hezbollah, and #Iran-sponsored terrorist organizations that have been wreaking havoc all over the Middle East for decades. It was the point when the geopolitical status quo that had empowered these terrorist organizations to dominate the Middle East region since the 1980s was broken... ... and the masks covering the ugly faces of radical Islamists and terrorism supporters in the East and the West fell off. It was the day when the state sponsors of terrorism (known as the Axis of Evil) were exposed, and their scheme to destroy the West was unveiled. It is a war on the West... What is happening now in the Middle East, and its loud echoes in American and European societies and universities, is part of the greater scheme of Iran's war on the West, Iran's war on the United States. ...and Israel has been working hard to block the ambitions of the Axis of Evil and protect not only itself but also the United States, Arab countries, and even the people of #Gaza. Hamas terrorists had not only attacked Israelis, but they also tortured and humiliated the people of Gaza for almost two decades and then used them as human shields in a war that they did not choose or want. A war that even Israel did not choose or want. A war that only Hamas and Iran wanted to fuel their greater scheme of destroying the West. Hamas threatened the security of Arab countries, including my own home country, #Egypt, and if it were not for the cooperation and help of Israel in 2013-2015, we would not have been able to get rid of the terrorists that Hamas implanted in #Sinai in the aftermath of the Arab Spring. Hamas and its fellow terrorist organizations are not only targeting the Israelis, but they have also been chasing and terrorizing liberal Muslims and Arabs like myself. That is why I applaud the Israeli army for crushing Hamas and Hezbollah and feel so ashamed of the stance of the majority of Arab states against Israel at this challenging time in the history of our region. When Hamas terrorists launched the October 7 attacks on Israeli civilians last year, I was one of only a handful number of Arabs and Muslims who dared to publicly condemn Hamas's terrorism and show support for Israel's right to defend itself. I paid a heavy price for my position in support of Israel. I was forced to leave my country after radical Islamists and also my own people in Egypt wanted to imprison and kill me because I dared to say the truth... I said, in Arabic, to the Arab audience that "Hamas is a terrorist organization and Israel is doing the right thing by chasing Hamas in Gaza, and that if Arab states are thinking straight, they should be supporting Israel in this war." Thank G-d! One year later, Israel has proved my point right, and heroically and single-headedly, the Israeli army has been combating Hamas and Hezbollah to the point of defeat. Now, Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon are almost defeated. However, the fight against the Axis of Evil that aims to dominate the Middle East and destroy the United States is still going on. Do not forget that! Well, History may also remember this day as the beginning of the end of the Islamic regime in Iran. Israel’s astonishing progress on the battlefield so far makes us safely hopeful that this could really happen.

Arab peoples understand that ridding the region of Iran is a huge relief to everyone, but Arab leaders have to put on the show of blaming Israel; not only because they enjoy blaming Israel, but also to avoid an uninvited attack from Iran. 👉 Despite blaming Israel in their press statements, Arab leaderships have not shown any support to Iran... Except for Egypt! 👉 Egypt, shockingly, is openly taking the side of Iran, in what seems to be a position incited by Qatar, whose influence on Egypt has been dramatically growing over the past few years.

Why are radical Islamists so obsessed with destroying the Jewish communities in Western countries? 🇸🇦🇦🇪🇶🇦 The Gulf Arab states are not at the negotiating table in Islamabad, but their worst fears are. 🇺🇸🇮🇱🇮🇷 Arabs (and also Israel) do not care whether the US-Iran negotiations will end with a ceasefire; they want to make sure that the future Iran will have no economic or military authority over them. 🇸🇦🇶🇦🇵🇰 Pakistan is not the right mediator, but the only one, and thus some Gulf states, like Saudi Arabia and Qatar, are paying heavily to align with it. 📺 Watch my full analysis with Nicole Zedeck on i24NEWS English here:

Regional visions for Gaza’s future are colliding again: 🇶🇦 Hamas, backed by Qatar and Turkey, still controls roughly 47% of the Strip, refuses to disarm, and is now consolidating power by eliminating rival clans. 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia has handed $90 million to the Palestinian Authority, betting that shoring up the PA will revive the two-state track that Riyadh has elevated into a central diplomatic priority. 🇪🇬 Egypt, quietly backed by Qatar and Türkiye, has constructed the headquarters for an International Stabilization Forces (ISF) in North Sinai, just meters from Rafah, and is already preparing Palestinian police units for deployment into Gaza. 📺 Watch my in-depth analysis with Laura Cellier on i24NEWS English here:
