This week I did something really dumb whilst on LMU. I need to remember the differences between Le Mans Ultimate and iRacing! Ricardo (Random Callsign) showed me the exact same support as I would give somebody else in this situation :)

My LinkedIn account got suspended today We onboarded a new admin to run outreach and he didnt follow the SOP He wanted to prove himself First thing we did was review how to mitigate this from happening again (after he got fired) Here is what I came up with: 1- Build a new onboarding form via ChatGPT 2-Put in specific points that talent needs to acknowldge "I acknowledge that if I cause a suspension on the linkedin account due to sending more requests than I am told it will lead to auto termination and a 1 star review on my upwork profile" Attack the process Not the people Ops brain at work over here

@LeMansUltimate @iRacing I would say imagine this is what 90% of people would do in iRacing if they made the switch to make all cars solid as well. Carnage for the first couple of weeks of a new season and I’d be here for all of it.

Still, something about it seemed off… So I did a quick google search, and within a couple minutes I found this video of what appeared to be the same woman, with the exact same malady, experiencing the exact same miracle, only in a completely different setting.

Update on today’s events: I need strong support from you guys rn. This is a very serious situation. I have phone calls, footage, and texts to show you. I found this guy in Ntinda and he did the exact same thing. I gave him 250k. I found him in the same place after a week. He identified me and thanked me. He was driving a harrier which he said he was using for Uber. I had not seen a harrier doing Uber. Thats when I sensed

Pretty much every woman has been in a situation like this. Sometimes you just give them your number in the hopes they’ll let you leave without the situation escalating. I did this when I was 14 and Northumbria Police told me that, as far as they were concerned, the fact I gave the guy my number was me consenting to the fact he went on to s-xually assau1t me just afterwards.
