This week, we are rolling calendar view support in labels and filters 🚀 (also, this has a leak of where Todoist's calendar work might go 😅!) The whole Doist team is on 🔥, and many more great things are coming.

It woud be super useful to have the ability to sort tasks in the "no date" panel. Suggested quick fix: use {priority, date created} as the default sort order. Note: the "no date" panel is basically the backlog, hence the need for some backlog management.

Any chance you'll roll out a week view with a left-hand side (my pref, but could deal with right-hand as well) 'unscheduled' or 'inbox' view? This would help so much with my weekly planning to build my week out.

please @amix3k help us users who have our entire life planned in todoist, the current downtime is increasing my anxiety to huge levels, you've written entire articles about how to use this tool for everything, well... now im completely BLOCKED, scared and waiting on you

How do I see the calendar in general? Can't seem to find it.

Right now, it's enabled in projects. But we are rolling it out to Filters and Labels during this week. Make sure you are an experimental user:

Oh I seeee. Got it. I almost exclusively stay in Today/Inbox/Upcoming (everything is in projects of course) - was clicking around in those three things trying to find a calendar.

@amix3k These are moments that make me feel assured that UX and product management as a vertical are forever to here to stay So you never use the project view in the sidebar and the kanban view inside the projects ?

The more text you write per task the more text it seems won’t appear in the square of a date. As a result we could lose context of that task if keywords are after the three-dots for the task. How do we rectify this?

Awesome! I started w todoist years ago, left and tried several others, and found that nothing beats it ❤️! Two improvements that would be killers! The Gmail addon displaying upcoming (just like calendar or todos); Samsung watch widget default start view option like in the app. 🙏
