This week we did a little low crawl training while getting shot at by airsoft. Is it the best training in the history of forever? No. Do you want to get shot at point plank with an airsoft bb cause you weren’t staying low enough to the ground? Also no.

Strength training doesn't burn fat it stimulates muscle growth and preservation. When it comes to getting shredded to the bone, dedicated cardio is the king. You cannot think of shreddedness if you cannot do cardio. Even though body hates moving at low calories, you still need to get up and complete the task.

Just inches from the ground, DJI RS 5 follows a tiny hero all the way home. Low-angle, smooth, and fully locked in — no matter how close to the earth the shot gets. Which little animal would you want to see star in the next one? 🎥 julianrad

Black Hawk Down! 🇮🇷 🇺🇸 Search aircraft flew over southern and western Iran at low altitude to avoid being shot down by air defenses. However, this left the aircraft vulnerable to ground attacks, complicating the rescue operation. In fact, a Black Hawk was shot down by Iranian air defenses. Despite this, the crew was able to abandon the helicopter and was rescued alive. Also an A-10 was shot down too during the rescue operations while was flying over the Persian Gulf.

NEW: Chicago residents melt down over the surge in migrants in their communities, say they "won't have it." They voted for this so continue to give it to them. They will vote for this again in 2024. No remorse. Chicago (Cook County), who overwhelmingly voted for Joe Biden at a rate of 74%, is learning in real time what it means to be a Sanctuary City. One resident complained about getting "the low scraps." "We come in a community of black people where we already get the low scraps... do you wanna take the little scraps, the resources that we have and put us at the bottom of the barrel? That's not fair and I won't have it."

I’m ready to invest in a quarter acre of low-mil plastic drop sheeting at this point and just drag it to the street in a week!

This is why cooking bacon in the oven is the best way to do it. Plus no splatter, perfectly cooked pieces, low maintenance & you can do large amounts at once. Use parchment on top of foil. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes for regular thickness bacon.

Take a look at this shot from Shane Lowry... Why did he choose to hit the higher shot vs playing a bump & run or even putt it... This is the difference between the ELITE & the recreational player The recreational golfer is likely putting this or hitting a bump & run with a 7 iron, or even a 4 iron... Now, while this option COULD get the ball close, it's by far the harder option in this scenario The recreational golfer will play the low shot because it's "SAFE". By safe, I mean less chance to hit it fat or blade it across the green For the elite golfer, height is always easier. They usually don't have any issue achieving good contact with their short shots around the green, so in this case, Shane is able to take out all the undulations around this green & just land the ball on the green & using some spin to slow the ball down The harder shot to get the ball close here would be a shot that is running on the ground. There's too much undulation & the ball could hit a ton of bumps along the way which will affect distance control Any shot is possible to hit here... But there's typically a shot where you can get it close more often than not. It's about identifying what that shot is & having the skills to play it

At no point were they better than us. It took Gabriel getting injured for them to snatch a draw at the Emirates Our owners intentionally shot us in the heart with that January transfer window.

Self-Toss Short Hop Drill One of the best ways to develop game-ready hands in a small space. Work ground balls at you, declared backhands, and glove-side picks with both 1-hop and 2-hop variations. Keys: 1. Start low, stay low, move low. 2. Be on time to the short hop. 3. Let your feet create the hop you want. If you’re late, you’ll get an in-between hop. Really late? A big hop. Neither is the goal. Elite defenders hunt the short hop. Simple setup. Tons of reps. Big-time transfer to the game.

Having an argument with my cousin. Did Gyokeres “mean” this touch? As based on what you see here, do you think he mean’t for the ball to go in the direction it did before he shot? No agenda, genuinely curious for thoughts

There is a bike trail in Belgium where you can go "Cycling Through Water," through a large lake. This bridge is below the water line and in parts it is low enough to put riders at eye level with the lake.
