LITTLE MIRACLE WITH LENAMIU #LMLenaMiuXLittleMiracle 🎤: not only is the drama spicy, but the love scenes are just as hot/steamy 🦋: very spicy/hot, like the first series it was about five chillies and for this series its probably about a hundred chillies. The love scenes in this series are very hot. 🧸: let’s say the first series was reception/kindergarten level and this series is going to university. 🦋: let’s say graduation 🧸: true. Ready to work 🦋: this is like a challenge for us both as well. The first series had softness and gentleness but for Pls Love the flavour (the feel) of the love scenes is quite different – with the way we hold/touch and the movement, which has to be very different from the first series. So we both have to do some homework (prepare) and be like ‘okay this is the way we’ll do it’ and had to discuss on what we’ll do. 🎤: is there a limit to the love scenes with how much you’ll do? 🦋: that’s up to the director, p’u 🧸: this is up to the director 🎤: is there improvisation? 🦋: there is sometimes 🧸: not just sometimes, all the time 🦋: no, it’s not called improvising but it’s more presenting/suggesting to the director and saying ‘p’u I think it should be something like this and maybe a bit more with this…I think if we do it like this, I might feel better’. Lena and Pheem aren’t the same person #ลีน่าหมิว #LenaMiu 🦋: there’s a series with N’Miu, called ‘Pls Love’. This will be our second series for the both of us. The characters are very different from the first series, so it’s a big challenge. 🎤: how is it going to be this time? 🦋: in this series, I’ll be a sharp-tongued/foul-mouthed person, not just a little but quite intense, like sassy/fiesty in a LenaMiu version, that sort of vibe. 🎤: earlier it was said she’s (pheem) was a red flag? 🦋: the ultimate red flag. Never felt I had to play such a red flag character, but in that red flag, every character has their own reasons for why they think that way and why their actions are like that, and the story will lead the viewers to eventually understand. 🎤: usually, when you’re with Miu you’re all cutesy/playful but once you’ve got to be in a lot a conflict (cause the role is heavy with conflict), how is it? 🦋: I separate them, so in the series, it’s a series and in real life, it’s real life – in real life, we’re LenaMiu who are close with one another, a relationship like this. But when we’re the characters in the series, Khun Pheem and Nong Pan, it might be a different vibe. It’s just a challenge for actors/actresses who are close with one another – like how do we act to make the viewers believe that the character isn’t LenaMiu? 🎤: is it difficult to play/be a super red flag character? 🦋: is it hard? It’s quite enjoyable! Honestly, I’m not scared of anything, but I fear not being able to go to the market… I’m afraid that when I meet the fans, they might hate me 😭, but I believe everyone understands. 🎤: it seems like you enjoy it with– 🦋: I’ve played as someone with a sharp tongue before, and I felt like it was something that was completely out of my usual boundaries (new territory, outside the box). Because before, I used to play a character that was well-behaved. What I mean is, I had lost my energy so I had to eat straight away. 🦋: the songs that were chosen has so many emotions – it’ll be sad then it’ll be happy arghhh 🫨 like I’m gonna cry. 😂 🧸: came close to being bipolar 🧸: when I (learnt? couldn’t hear this bit, sorry) a touching song, I’m like, ‘oh’. I said to people outside the room that I think this song will make me cry. I’ve never done anything like this before. But it’s breaking the mould (out of the ordinary style a little) of being miu, going up to the next level – the hundredth level. 🦋: go all out! Asking for more rehearsal days because I feel I really want to make it truly great. 🧸: I feel like this song I can really show a lot of myself in it, because there are moments where it’s not fixed for us to stick to a particular dance move. 🦋: there’s a bit of our real life story included in the song too. I truly want it to be a memorable moment for everyone to remember. 🧸: we really enjoy it, and I believe if we enjoy it then the viewers will enjoy it too.

This is called “Ghost Kitchens” The food is prepared by the same staff using the same equipment and ingredients Each “restaurant” is just a different virtual brand Basically a lie, customers are ordering thinking they’re getting food from a specialized spot, but it’s all coming from one location. Which is a chain location This is how chains like Ruby Tuesday, IHOP, Applebees, Chili’s and more make extra revenue. There are over 9,000+ ghost kitchen operations in the US This is so dishonest and deceptive. It should be illegal. You think you’re ordering some special unique food, but it’s really just Applebees…..

🦋: Honestly, I’ve been with Channel 3 for quite a while now. It was like my first professional family. I’m bonded with everyone here, whether it’s the staff or even the work, like filming dramas... So I feel like this place has always given me guidance and skills. Thank you so much for this family. 🧸: Well, this is the second year that Miu has worked with Channel 3. And I’ve grown up a lot. Thank you Channel 3 for giving me the chance to do things I’ve never done and have always wanted to do. Happy Birthday, Channel 3! … 🦋: We went to both Taipei and Macau, and it was so much fun, right? At first, I was a little worried because we were going abroad, you know, not our home... we were like, "Oh... will anyone come to see us?" or something like that. I like to have everything from matcha, coffee, bubble tea, literally everything, but I’ll have it with 0 or 25 percent sweetness. So it’s not really that I have a sweet tooth, but it’s more that I have a thing for sweet, sugary drinks. 🎤: are there limits to how many each day? 🦋: if it’s coffee, I limit it to one cup a day, but if it’s tea/bubble tea, there’s no limit; I can drink endless cups all day. 🎤: what’s the most you’ve had? 🦋: oh, when I was doing the fanmeets I drank so many. I probably had like three, but I didn’t finish the whole cup, but I tasted all the different flavours. Yes, three cups a day. 🎤: how much do you like it to be this addicted to drinking tea? 🦋: to be honest, things like this aren’t really that healthy for us. You’ve got to workout regularly as well. But I feel that it’s something that I loved since I was a kid, so why should I give up on something that’s delicious, right? I just have to balance it out by working out or eating a little less, so I can have enough room for bubble tea. 🎤: do you think people will be following you with the same orders? 🦋: if it’s coffee, I’d recommend 0 percent sweetness but got to add honey. It’s got to have the honey aroma – coffee with honey is the best. If it’s matcha, it’s got to be coconut matcha. Having matcha with coconut water is incredibly delicious. It feels refreshing. As for iced tea, 25 percent sweetness, that’s also the same for bubble tea. 🎤: honestly, are you scared about gaining weight when you have it? 🦋: hmm, I feel that there are moments when I go ‘hey, how many cups have I had today? Will I gain weight?’ But I’m someone who’s pretty good at balancing things. So, for instance, if I had a drink that had milk in it, like earlier today. I’d then eat a salad for a meal instead. I just have to try and plan it in my head on how I’m going to eat and what the portions are going to be. 🎤: is this the secret behind looking good/ beautiful? 🦋: yes, I think everyone feel that to lose weight, be skinny, you have to cut all of these things out. But that’s not necessary. You just need to adjust your food intake. We need to know how to balance it. 🎤: does gaining weight after having it make you feel stressed? 🦋: recently, my weight hasn’t been going up, so I need to put on a little bit more weight. I don’t stress about it because I’ve found a middle ground that works for me, for the way I eat and the way I workout, that works for me. So I don’t stress about it. I just do what makes me happy and not be too fixated on eating because I love to eat delicious food. 🎤: and is miu similar to you? 🦋: yes, similar. Whenever I order something on set I’d also order for her too, and we’d both eat very similar things. It’s NEVER too soon to begin reading to your baby. ⏰ In fact, doing so while your little one is still in utero will begin familiarizing your soon-to-be newborn with the voices of the adults who will comprise their “circle of trust” after birth. Once your baby is born, reading together daily will expose them to rich vocabulary, concepts of print, and to establish reading as both important and pleasurable… all key to their early academic success. I got such a kick out of this little one. It’s clear not only that her parents read to her regularly, but do so with real enthusiasm and expression. What a great feeling it must be for them to watch her mimic their tender moments together. This emergent reader was shared to IG by kidsfam8.

The little girl who we found just outside the land and who nearly died yesterday made it and is walking ok today. She’s not right yet though but a massive improvement. I still fear it’s neurological though. Unfortunately this is one of my biggest problems… 🤒 No full diagnosis yet ⏰ Vets closed Sunday so I had to take her back (I’m obviously not a vet) 🏝️ There are 5-6 vets on the islands with different skills but limited machinery for testing etc 💰 Vet bills are by far my biggest cost 🚘 Travel to bigger vet hospital is 6 hour return trip. I’ll monitor her tomorrow and hopefully see some more improvement. She is alive at least and I’ve more hope than yesterday and she has a safe place, is eating and has medicines. 💡 Seeing who was with her when she returned it did make me write a little note on my phone so as I remember the name… (1/2)
