@wearehappydoggo Good on you as always Niall. Hard to give training advice b/c your sched is so insanely condensed but here: -Last 3 training days only run A THIRD of your normal distance to bank stamina. -Eat big protein and carbs those last 3 days but race day eat VERY light, mostly liquid.
