300 million people died of smallpox until in 1977 it was erased from the planet due to the multilateral effort lead by the World Health Organization (WHO). Glad to celebrate in Geneva #WHO75 and the work of World Health Organization (WHO) protecting and promoting the human right to health. Congrats Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and all World Health Organization (WHO) workers.
