This young lady put in for PTO for a vacation and the manager she’s speaking with her on the phone preapproved it, so the young lady booked her trip, paid for everything and as she’s getting ready to close out her existing work and head off for vacation the manager “revokes” her vacation, her employee has $3000 invested in and the managers explanation is “I’m allowed to change my mind” and further expounds that she “shouldn’t have gotten” insurance on the trip.🙄 Her only recourse is to take it to human relations which will most likely decide in her favor audience which will further enflame the relationship with the manager, how do you deal with people like that ?

This woman has two adult daughter’s in their 20’s. They live with her without chipping in for years. Now she has been dating a man for 2 months and she wants him to move in. So now that he’s moving in, she says they are getting married and she wants the two daughters to pay rent to the tune of $800 a month each. Everything was fine and she wasn’t struggling before, but now her man is moving in and she wants went. It was a normal day for this Uber driver. He’s been picking up and dropping off people all day. Everything was going fine for him until he picks up this woman. Off the bat he says she seemed a little weird and spaced out. He was talking to a friend on a hands free headset when she stated that she felt unsafe with him in the car. So he pulls over and she calls customer service. She lies to customer service about not being able to go elsewhere because there is no business’s she can wait at for another Uber. She insists that customer service calls the police as well. She’s also refusing to leave his car because of a package in his trunk and claims she is afraid he might drive off with it. In a situation like this what do you do when she’s refusing to leave the car, do you just call the police yourself so they can remove her for you?

As the sun sets she’s on her final stretch of her run and she’s approaching where she started out again. She sees two men on the sidewalk and right as she is about to run past them they try to grab her and take her, one of the men lunge at her as to almost tackle her and stop her in her tracks. Even after running for miles she musters up the strength in her to run away as fast as she can. It’s safe to say this is why people use treadmills but if this was you would this discourage you from running outside again, what would you do?

This little girl has been coming to this neighbor’s house and trashing her stuff. She pulls out her water hose, knocks over her planters, but one day, the neighbor is home and follows her to her house. When the police talk to the owner, he argues with them saying it’s his private property and he can do what he wants. The police end up getting a tow truck to lift the car and they slide off the boot since it was improperly installed. She ended up losing $200 in lost wages and fees, not to mention emotional trauma. This woman is locked out of her home, she goes to an enclosed back door and tries to break the door to get it. Her kids aren’t home but her dog is in their whining and panicking. She goes to the garage and finds a hammer. She decides that since she lives in the middle of no where, there isn’t a locksmith that can help her now, she’s going to have to break the door. As she’s hitting the wooden door, it makes weird noises like broken glass in a box being shuffled around. She eventually breaks the door enough to get in, but this raises more questions than she can answer. Like first of all, why would the door be filled with glass and why hasn’t she noticed that before?

The Loss Prevention team tried to talk to her but she was resisting and not cooperating and at one point tried to flee. So two men entered a wrestling match with this woman, you can hear her proclaim that they are hurting her. The man pulls out his phone to record it, another employee is now trying to block his recording. He holds a piece of clothing in front of the camera to block him from recording what is going on. He even goes as far as saying she’s under arrest even though the police aren’t there yet. The man recording was asked to leave and was escorted out even though he did nothing wrong.
