Yeah, arrest, enforce, and stop people from dumping waste, but they have not even once explained how they intend to fulfil their own side of the deal: prompt and effective waste evacuation. What we have in Nigeria is not proper governance; it is people with power and loud voices making decisions without thinking through solutions. Can nobody ask the minister how waste will be collected so people are not forced to dump in channels?

Built a mac app this week using the new Conductor API that just came out. If you use Conductor you may like it. It's called Whistle, and it's for those quick ideas you have on a project. It's a tray app, you click it, you start talking or typing an idea that just came to mind you want Conductor to work on for a bit. Then move on with your day, next time you open up Conductor it's done the research, prepped a doc, and you are ready to go. Hope you like.

Once they get you to use it and it becomes convenient they will add more and more information to it. Then comes a social credit score attached to your ID, and we've seen how that works in China. We can't let it happen here! The only way we win is enough of us refuse to go along so the key is to warn everyone and spread the word. We must resist and refuse to go along!

Ever go to a country and find out they may have a weird custom or practice that you aren’t used to? If you go to Japan and get a phone to use or purchase, it will function like a normal phone. However even if you silence it or put it on vibrate only, when you try to take a video or a picture, the phone will still make a shutter sound. It’s against the law in Japan for manufacturers to sell a phone there that doesn’t make these sounds when using a camera. They do this so whenever people take pictures of others, the sound can alert others in case they were trying to do it in secret because they were trying to take provocative photos of women in public. Do you agree with this practice, should other countries follow suit?

It seemed it was ok to do this in the 80s-90s and still might be in very small towns... but a lot of cities are starting to strictly enforce these violations. There are steep fines if it was concrete. If it’s just a rinse of the tools, the water might be gray or dirty so it could fine but if it’s concrete then it could be big fines. Many people said this is fine and no harm and no foul. Others said that you are still pouring bits of concrete down there. Is this a big deal? my thoughts on BPC-157 is that IF you are going to use it, you should absolutely NOT use it if you have a history of or have hereditary malignancies. you should also not continuously take BPC-157. while we don't have enough data, BPC's promotion of VEGF in mostly rodent studies is enough to deter me from using it even in the short term. when dosing stops, VEGF seems to return to normal so it's insane for me to hear that people are "blasting and cruising" this compound especially in neurotic tech circles
