Some idiot has painted a cross on one of the hedgehogs, presumably so they can identify it, for some reason. If you want to identify hedgehogs, do it the proper way: pay attention to their size, shape and albedo. It's not hard if you're not lazy. Painting them is a bad thing. Don't handle hedgehogs (or *any* other wild animals) unless you need to and don't paint a target on them to mark them out by sight or smell to predators. It's stressful for them, the paint might be toxic and it can make it hard for them to curl up when they sense a threat. Just don't fuck with wild animals at all, they are not toys. They are not here for our entertainment. We should be delighted when they visit, not mark them as property.

COITUS - Cancelled. To most it’s just an event. To me it was way more. You only have to look at WICKED, REMIX, KINKY. To see the dedication. I believed in it so much. The more people said it wouldn’t work, the more determined I was. But it’s just not going to plan. At this rate we would only get to 70/80% of what was planned. Not to sound ungrateful, but it’s not about just taking people money and giving them whatever will be. Due to the amount of work involved & all the others events/ renovations we have going on I just don’t have the strength to see it through. Thank you to those that did believe in it & those of you that help promote it. “COITUS” by name. Will be the 4th event. Someday. It just won’t be anything like what is was planned to be… Recently things haven’t been the best, It’s hard when you ask yourself “Why” everyday. For now I just need to concentrate on what we have. But I know I’ll find “it” again & it will work. Xx

What your arms actually get in a normal week: - Heavy tension from every row, chin and pulldown - Heavy tension from every press, dip and close-grip - Twenty isolation sets piled on top of that - All of it at the end, when the weight has to be light - All of it at length, where damage is highest - A drop set, because they are stubborn - Four days of soreness - One training exposure, seven days later Biceps and triceps are the most damage-sensitive tissue in the building. Two small muscles with almost nothing there to absorb the work. Damage is not a growth signal. It is a repair bill, and repair spends the exact recovery you were hoping to build with. So no, they are not growing no matter how hard you train them. They are not growing because of how hard you train them. You get to this tee shot. Be honest, where is your drive going? 😂 The Players Championship and TPC Sawgrass is getting a lot of attention for the new tree on hole 6. It’s a restoration of a tree from Pete Dye’s original design. Players will have to flight their drives, it will cause lots of tension and I’m guessing at least one player hits the tree! I’m on board. The players need tested and this is a unique way to do it. You wouldn’t want it all the time, but for one of golf’s biggest tests, let’s test them!

Maybe some coaches will chime in on this…. But this is how I’m seeing it right now. I think you’re going to see more and more two way guys coming on the scene in college baseball. Here is why. The rosters are going down to 34 man rosters. You will be needing 2-4 guys who can eat up an inning or two and be able to produce in the field and at the plate. Those numbers may be even higher than that. Years ago when a college told you- you can two way, it typically meant we are brining you in, youll have a short leash and your most likely going to be a PO. Now it’s a legit thing. Schools will need much more versatility- If you can pitch and hit AND play multiple spots on the field. Your stock will rise this year and years beyond. It’s just a matter of can you develop both and do both safely with the load on the arm. Bobcats open on the 13th at home!!! #slammarcos #baseball #twowayplayer #beisbol #pitcher
