This is ridiculous, Peter, and you're foolishly now an Olodo Uprising, if you don't know, I'm telling you now. Just because of your desperation to become the President of Nigeria, a position you may never come close to, you have adopted a full-blown campaign against every effort being made in this country in every means. The Asaba–Benin Road you are talking about is already under reconstruction by the Tinubu administration under a PPP arrangement. The project was flagged off in March 2025 and work is ongoing. This same administration is simultaneously reconstructing and rehabilitating over 70 federal highways across the country, including the Enugu–Onitsha Expressway, Enugu–Port Harcourt Expressway, Abuja–Kaduna–Kano Road, Ibadan–Ife–Ilesa Road, and many others. So what exactly are you complaining about here? Should the govt stop building new roads while fixing old ones? Is that how development works anywhere in the world? When you were Governor of Anambra State, did you stop every new project until all existing roads were fixed? Why do you find it so difficult to acknowledge ongoing projects, even when Nigerians can see them with their own eyes? We made an unscheduled visit to the Shagamu-Benin Expressway to assess the extent of the damage. We are currently on the Shagamu-Benin Expressway, which begins at the interchange of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. Our purpose here is to personally inspect the situation and understand what has led to the complete breakdown and collapse of this road, causing significant hardship for commuters traveling from Lagos to the southeast and south-south zones of the country, as well as those traveling from those regions to Lagos or other destinations. Igbos immediately started calling the market BIAFRA .. NEW BIAFRA MARKET .. claiming they built it and developed it. This has now angered the Benin people and they are now calling the Igbos out on the internet .. This Same attitude has been replicated by the Igbos in South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Cameroon .. Igbo Elders need to quickly get their people in Benin to order before things get out of hand. Why always these folks causing problems everywhere ? And when you talk they will claim the victim.. Oh, they hate us! Why provoke people then cry about how they react to your provocations

Pavement works have kicked off on the post–Lekki Deep Seaport stretch of Section Two on the Lagos-Calabar coastal highway. While earlier pavement activities were happening before the Lekki Free Trade Zone, construction is now actively ongoing from Kilometre 75 to 79, pushing steadily toward Ogun State. At the same time, other construction teams are working around the Dangote Refinery axis, progressing toward the full connection of the Lagos–Ogun section of the highway. This part of the project is located around Lekki Ancient Town, just before La Campagne Tropicana and after the Lekki Deep Seaport. 📌 New video on this section drops today at 3 PM (WAT) on my YouTube channel don’t miss it!

Over the weekend, I visited a friend in Dzivarasekwa (DZ) Extension in Harare & this is how the road looks like. Poignantly, the roads that used to be tarred & paved are now dust roads. Lakes have emerged in the midst of the roads. As motorists, when we are driving in the Ghettos of Harare, we are no longer driving on the left side of the road, but we are now driving on what's left of the road, that is if there is still anything left of the road at all. Jacob Mafume, Mayor of Harare, Jacob Mafume are you still the Mayor of Harare? If so, what you Mayoring in Harare when things are like this? 💔😥

So MOWAA had some guests including representives of international donors and Governments come into Benin and had some activity going on at the Campus and suddenly, thugs were mobilized to go harass the art lovers that have come in from around the world to see what was going on at MOWAA. So, the Governor has promised to gift MOWAA to the King and those who were bringing the funds are being harassed, intimidated and their lives threatened by sponsored thugs and you expect them to happy to bring more money to develop arts in Benin? If Ambassadors or senior diplomats are being harassed and their lives threatened in Benin, do you have any idea of the resultant consequence of that action and the effect of the blacklisting? Whatever the disagreements, you cannot harass foreigners who have come to your domain for an activity, this is a security breach and doesn't speak well for the State. Osazee Amas-Edobor I think y'all can go about this in a more civilized way. You can't organize such an offensive against international visitors when their purpose is altruistic. You can hate Governor Godwin Obaseki but don't destroy the reputation of the Benin Kingdom and paint us like uncivilized people and expect the international community to respect you. I hate to be the one to break Majuju new tooth craving to seem "Patriotic"! Julius Ramaminana Malema, which workers are referring? Are those workers occupying scarce skills jobs in South Africa? If not, do you know what our immigration policies and employment Equity Act says over hiring of non SouthAfrican in a job a citizen can do? Are those migrants adding economic value to South Africa? We can't just have people using traveling visas seeking employment in South Africa. In a functional country, your employer should apply for a work permit whilst you are still in your country to clarify which skills set you are bringing X country. But here in South Africa, our citizens are made to compete with foreigners in all economic sectors, even in entry-level sectors/employment opportunities.
