'You should feel hunger all through out the day' - This is a funny one If you eat all throughout the day, don't you feel full, as opposed to hunger? You feel the hunger if you intermittent fast. In the morning, Coffee is it for me.

Other than the torture of feeling hungry (which I struggle with more than most, admittingly), I am amazed by the positives that come from fasting. I do not feel physically or mentally compromised in any way at all. Quite the opposite actually. I will say also, that I time my OMAD so that I eat at least 3 hours before sleep. Not sure why, but it helps me sleep soundly 100% of the time.

Is that Nichole Andrews? The one who's being fined by the FTC for not disclosing to her followers that she's sponsored by big food corporations? It's sad that some people are actually listening to her advice. She's going to cause more health issues with her advice, but then again, job stability for her. I know someone who's having huge success managing her cancer with carnivore and fasting. I don't know if a high carb/sugar diet causes cancer, but I believe it definitely feeds it.

Lol a cancer dietitian. Last time I was around one of them, I overheard their recommendation for a cancer patient to drink Ensure, which has 19g of sugar! 🙈

Obviously conflating hunger with cravings. A properly nourished body WILL NOT feel hungry all day. A mind in need of stimulation via processed carbs&added sugar can only be satisfied for a few hours before needing more, setting off a vicious cycle. Whose gonna tell her🤔

The world Fasting is what confuses or scares dietitians. In reality people don’t need eat as much as they do and as often as they do. Those who realized it, definitely benefit from longer intervals without eating.
