The Hidden Blade is mainly used for stealth take-downs ✅No present day segments. I was informed that it will be replaced with new moments that explore Edward’s past with his wife, along with some “what if” scenarios like Edward siding with the Templars, for example, likely related to Juno’s involvement in the original narrative 📜Thoughts: While the demo I played featured only a portion of the map, Resynced has potential to replace the original as the definitive experience of Edward Kenway’s story I also wasn’t able to experience any of Rifts that replace the modern day, so for me, as a fan of the series’ lore and present day since 2007, the absence of a traditional modern day is the only let down that prevents me from fully replacing the original with it, as present day and sci-do elements are the DNA of the franchise and what makes it stand out It would also be great if mission replay is added later, a feature the OG had by default, like its predecessors That said, everything else very much elevated what was in the original, which made going back to replay it show how dated it feels by comparison I look forward to the final game, and to see future games inherit this formula of a defined protagonist, focused progression and no RPG elements😎

Here’s my analysis on NotPixel Airdrop: - Mining phase: it was entertaining to paint on the canvas alongside with many of you! Personally, I had fun drawing 🧡 together with you, just for fun, no competition. For that I will rate it a ✅ - Earn Launchpool: personally, I think this is great that there’s such a tool, that allows holders effortlessly farm tokens. For me it’s a ✅ - Distribution: the major frustrations has been caused by the overload of the smart contract for Airdrop claim, where the biggest frustrations came from the fact that many were not able to claim their tokens for long (Including me) and watched the price go from $0,5 to $0,8 & to $0,2. Personally, I think that if Airdrop claim was done prior to the launch, it may have been better. For that, I will put a ❌ - Launch: NotPixel decided to launch its PX token only on DEX’es on TON. the price at launch actually was at $0,5-$0,8 however, it shortly went down to $0,2 , causing frustration to the community & making them question “who sold?!” & “why no CEX listings?” Here, it’s important to understand the way Sasha & his team decided that they want to build the project. As they mentioned on X “start from the basics, start from 0.” While many dislike this approach, I personally believe that this is how the launches must be happening. Launch on DEX -> generate traction & volume -> go list on CEX’es -> create more news -> grow more from new ppl joining For that I will put ✅ - Team allocation: while many have speculated that “team sold”. this is completely not true. In fact, team has locked their allocation & it can be verified on chain. Which is ✅ for me. - Future plans: NotPixel will have a big canvas on which you will be able to paint, but this time, with some NFT mechanics & PX token integration. For which it is ✅ to me. Burning: NotPixel plan with the new update also includes a mechanism for Burning, which means that PX token will be deflationary. I feel weird even bringing this up, but here we go. Subscriptions are open on my page. There is no graceful way to say that, so please take this with a kind heart. I know a lot of people are struggling financially, and I don’t want anyone stretching themselves for me. I have a great job. I’m just letting people know it exists because some of you asked. I’m not even saying I’m worth the money. I’ll be honest, I’m not the best person to subscribe to. I’m not an OnlyFans girl, I’m not teaching you how to get monetized, I’m not running a masterclass in anything. The subscriber section is literally just more personal, everyday stuff. It’s boring in a comforting way. You’re not missing anything. If you ever feel like hanging out with me on the quieter side of this app, it’s there. If not, all good. I just wanted to put it out there for anyone who might be interested. Pro tip: if you subscribe to anyone, please do it on a browser. If you do it through the Apple Store or the Google store, they take 30% and put it in their pocket. Those companies are rich enough. I have a real problem with them getting any money or subscribers. Made a quick haptic feedback prototype for hand-tracking interactions with a voxel. Felt fun and engaging. It's another level of immersiveness (unfortunately, the video is not able to convey this). Visual design alone can make an interactive experience great, but if you want to make it exceptional, DIFFERENT, this is where haptic design plays the key role. The device on my wrist is from the Hapticlabs.io Prototyping Kit (the thing on my index fingertip is called Linear Resonant Actuator). It's a beautiful, simple-to-use tool. Found a good case for it in my experiments :) To get hand-tracking data, I used the Leap Motion controller (Computer Vision Camera), which is excellent for quick prototypes like this. I saw people experimenting with gloves to build a solid haptic feedback system for XR. It's great for advanced immersive experiences (video games/simulators/interactive entertainment). But for many day-to-day use cases (productivity/OS/media entertainment), having just a "simple" thimble that provides the haptic feedback for the "touching" fingertip will already significantly improve the UX. Hope we will have something like this from our major XR vendors in the near future.

Like most people in this country, I love the freedom to spend time with loved ones, to barbecue a burger, to work on my emotional and spiritual health, and to GTFOutside. The freedom to do those things doesn’t guarantee those things though - that’s where the earning comes in. Life has taught me the power of working towards what I want, sacrificing for a better future and keeping the right people close. Are we truly free if we don’t have those things? Today, as our country celebrates its independence, I also celebrate the ability to earn my freedom through work and dedication to a better life than the one I had yesterday. We are already at war. Not with rifles or tanks, but with replacement. This is conquest by other means, through the slow erasure of a people who no longer recognize they are being conquered. That is why I write—to remind my people that we are not living in peace, but in the midst of a war waged without banners. The invasion is not declared with armies but with flights and boats, birthrates and welfare rolls. It is demographic warfare, calculated, continuous, and increasingly irreversible. A people, and a civilization, does not need to be burned to the ground to fall. It only needs to be replaced. Throughout the Western world, we are witnessing not mere immigration but a deliberate population transformation, one that has been rationalized by moral cowardice and enforced by political elites who have long since abandoned the idea that their nations belong to their people. What you mock as conquest is already underway, and unlike the conquests of old, it comes with the full consent of those in power. But I do not write in surrender. I write as a warning, as an act of resistance. My writing is meant to exhort and to enliven, to reawaken what has been buried beneath shame and silence. It is a summons to remember, to reclaim, and to rebuild. We are in an existential struggle, not only for our land, but for our survival, and thus for the future itself. The Sabotaging Practice of Over Supply and Sameness in the NFT Space. The current zeitgeist of the NFT space is that the same artists are doing the same kind of work five times a year, with project after project leaving a trail of disappointment and discontent among collectors and all of us watching in disbelief as huge resources are extracted from the space over work that feels like it could be left as an "artist study." I understand that you can do what you want with your money as collectors, but we are killing the whole space with this incestuous practice. No artist is that prolific to be able to do 5 collections of 100+ pieces each every year and actually deliver innovation and some kind of creative evolution. Of course, they can pretend play that the work has something new, but there is no precedent nor proof that that has ever happened in the speed that it happens in the NFT space. Again, people are free to through away their resources on whatever they want but with this way of doing things, we more and more are going to start seeing the consequences. Oh! There are consequences? Yes. Maybe unintended, but there are. Let's see. Let's start with the loss of belief in the NFT space as somewhere where emerging artists can come and find support for their experiments. Why even bother to bring experiments, innovation, and new ways to think of art on the blockchain if the same people have all the collectors hypnotized with their magical flutes? Why even try to come to a space where taking risks and challenging the status quo (the mission of art!!!) is overlooked? This makes the NFT space a social club and not a space for art. I guess it is fine, but IMO it is a recipe for disaster. New collectors stay away because the art will slowly but surely become stale and un-challenging. Why even bother to come and see what is happening here if you can't, as a collector, see new weird and up-and-coming artists? The amount of noise emitted by the same artists doing the same art over and over, drowns out any new voices. Again. A recipe for disaster. The NFT space is becoming a space of disappointment and doubt. We think that collections going to zero one after the other, over and over, is not damaging? I feel we are kidding ourselves. Disappointment piles up, and again, the people who will hurt are the emerging artists, the new blood, the ones who are willing to risk the most and, in return, put fire in this cold space of sameness. I love this space—don't get me wrong—it has changed my life, and I believe it has a ton of potential, but things need to change for it to become a beacon of light in art. But we need to support new voices. We need to support new ideas. The challenge is huge. I hope to contribute all I can to this change. I hope more and more see how exciting it is to go out and try to discover what else is out there and move this space forward. All of those people who constantly cry about “cancel culture” are at it again cancelling a company called Liberty Safe. This comes after they spent months trying to cancel Bud Light. These people will say, “but we are justified,” and they are not. That’s not how this works though. People boycott and “cancel” companies and people when they feel there is a justification to do it. It doesn’t mean that it has to be justified in your mind, but it is in theirs. It’s just so hypocritical to me when people attack others for canceling companies but they go ahead and do the exact same thing themselves. For those who aren't familiar with this story, the Liberty Safe company gave a passcode to the FBI so that they could access a suspected criminal's safe. There was a search warrant issued on the criminal's home where the safe was located. What do you think? Do you support cancel culture? Do you only support it when it’s in your best interest, or do you support it no matter who it is?

COITUS - Cancelled. To most it’s just an event. To me it was way more. You only have to look at WICKED, REMIX, KINKY. To see the dedication. I believed in it so much. The more people said it wouldn’t work, the more determined I was. But it’s just not going to plan. At this rate we would only get to 70/80% of what was planned. Not to sound ungrateful, but it’s not about just taking people money and giving them whatever will be. Due to the amount of work involved & all the others events/ renovations we have going on I just don’t have the strength to see it through. Thank you to those that did believe in it & those of you that help promote it. “COITUS” by name. Will be the 4th event. Someday. It just won’t be anything like what is was planned to be… Recently things haven’t been the best, It’s hard when you ask yourself “Why” everyday. For now I just need to concentrate on what we have. But I know I’ll find “it” again & it will work. Xx

We just released a new marketing site and I wanted to talk through some of the changes that we made and why. Design thinking is the other side of the feed, it's usually more nuanced than the flashier parts and typically doesn't hold up as well to a quick scroll. Doesn't bode well for this thread! But, this will be my attempt to talk through the changes made and why. First up, this is our new hero. At Loops.so, our goal right now is to be the only platform you need to email your users The H1 matches that intention and the subheader reinforces it. We also wanted it to be clear we ship fast and often, so we added a pill showing the latest featured changelog. Agents are part of how people build software today, so we wanted to give that the second most important placement on the page, right after signup. Finally, the logo strip should not distract too much, but it should still help people understand these are users, not just logos. So we added the date of first payment from Stripe next to each logo. Next up, more things!

Happy New Year 2024 🤗🥰😘💋 2023 has been a troubled year for me, but also one with positive changes and lessons learned. I know most of you don’t care about my troubles, so I won’t bore you with that. Living in the past is not the solution anyway, so I prefer to focus on the present and future. I don’t expect 2024 to take away all my troubles at midnight today. But I’m going into 2024 with hope, confidence and determination. If I go down, at least I will have tried my best. 2024 will be a year with lots of changes, setting boundaries, focus and finding my true self. Some of you will not like those changes, mostly the ones that are not even reading this, but I know I will be left with the people that like me for who I am. 2024 will be great! 👍 Do you have new year resolutions?
