A human adults really should, at some point in adulthood, limit their daily carbohydrate intake to 100g/day before it's too late. This is the advice of @dlifein and @shashiiyengar and many others. At some point, to reduce the risk of NCDs, need to change the fuel source. It's just a scientific fact.

Completely inaccurate on so many levels. Let's take the basic one - you can eat 100 gms of boiled potato but one would struggle to eat 100 gms of potato chips? Also if you manage to eat 100 gms of potato chips, it's likely that you won't want to eat anything else for half a day!

Well please do your calculation all over again when Potatoes 🥔 are air fried or baked or roasted in a Tandoor then what happens and also if it is stir fried not deep fried 👌
