Cyclists, going up the left side of the vehicle, then cutting across to turn right is idiotic if not suicidal.

@michaelblackcab id say was the usual cyclist comin from the left to do the right turn totally oblivious to whats around him n just cuttin across the front of the car they do it all the time 🤦🏼‍♂️

Cyclist looks like he's trying to turn right whilst being on the left hand side of the car. Absolutely wrong. On this occasion, cyclist's fault.

Cyclist all day long, I hope there wasn't much damage to the car. I'm on the road everyday and cannot remember the last time I saw a cyclist using hand signals or looking over their shoulder. Play silly games, get found out 🤡

The car stopped in the box junction - clearly in the wrong.

Can't see how that isn't the driver's fault. The bike was clearly there, right in front of him, when he ran into it.

Too much going on in the video for me to have a proper opinion. Bike swerved but was ahead of the driver for majority of what I can see, the driver should have been a bit more aware

It looks like the cyclists is riding with one hand whilst looking at his mobile phone, which is not illegal on a cycle it’s definitely foolish and a contributory factor here he has also drifted or deliberately turned into the path of the car while attempting to turn right

I'd lean 90% car? Can't be certain the cyclist was turning right but even if they did.. HWC Rule 167 explicitly states to not overtake at junctions. It also explicitly states to stay behind cyclists.
