Get rid of the stupid rule. It's inevitable players swing around each other in high combat sport. Players need to learn to run with the body they have which means always protecting yourself from getting injured if someone lands on your legs. Players of the past laugh at the rule

Hip drop yes but he’s pulling his body that way to prevent him from scoring. Look at it in normal pace it’s nearly impossible to prevent. Place him on report but it’s not a binning.

The sin bin ended up costing knights the game. Surely Dom doesn’t miss a semi over it on top of costing the knights a game on old boys day. Clearly was unintentional like every hip drop!

As a fan of the game I simply don’t understand how that’s worth 10 minutes?

It’s not a traditional hip drop. He loses grip with 1 hand and falls rather than losing his legs and swinging around. I don’t like the way the commentator kept calling it a “nasty hip drop” like he was trying to influence the outcome.

Players need to take instant retribution on sh!tty opponents who hip-drop tackle. Give out their own version of a 'three week ban'. And THEN go to the bunker and see how superbly justice was meted out with multiple camera angles supported by ever increasing cheers from supporters
