Any false accusation of any type should be punishable under the same conditions that the accused would have been.

Same thing happened to me. I didn't go to prison.she Told my best friend not knowing that we knew each other. So when she ran to his house to lie about me he invited me over to tell her how big a liar she was because. He was with me at work at the time she said it happened.. So she went from being my roommate to being homeless because I asked her to clean up after herself. Over dishes!!! She made up a rape story over dishes!! She used!!

When a woman falsely accuses a man of rape, the victims aren't other women. The victim is the man and, to a lesser degree, other men. Why do women ALWAYS have to be the victim, even when they are the aggressors?

False accusers deserve the max punishment of the crime they are falsely accusing.

I'm a bailbondsman and i can tell you this shit is real....it has ruined many mens lives. The justice system needs to go after the fake finger pointers...like anything else, prosecute the alleged victims and hopefully, this stuff can eventually go away.
