THREAD: Clips I took from Eagles practice today 1. Hurts UC handoff to Saquon for abt 10-15. Running game looked consistently encouraging today, o-line opened up a ton of holes.

I didn’t tweet from last night’s practice as I was focused on spending time with my family. But I’ve seen a lot of negative responses to Eagles QB Jalen Hurts throwing interceptions in practice, both from the media and fans. What I don’t understand is how can people demand a new offense, that prioritizes passing to the middle of the field and then not want to live with the growing pains of doing so? If Hurts throws a ton of interceptions during the regular season, especially after the first few weeks of the regular season, I get it. But right now? In the words of Allen Iverson…

They sent me a demo for THPS3+4 a few weeks back, but I only just got a chance to play it today. Foundry looks great, but College kind of hurts my eyes to play. So far my impression is that this should have just been a DLC for 1+2. I don't feel compelled to buy the full game.

One of the many fired up quotes from Izzo after the game today. #MSU News 10 Lansing "I'm gonna get back to a deeper run in this tournament, or I'm going to die trying."

Eagles Offense All22 vs. 49ers. For the last time this year, thank goodness. 1) The first play of the game. The Eagles shift AJ Brown into a tight split, bringing a defensive back into the box, who, of course, makes the tackle on Saquon Barkley. I was already worried about this film, but this didn't make me feel any better. It was a sign of things to come..

Five observations from Day 10 of #Bengals practice: 1. Dexter Lawrence goes through drills under the watchful eye of team president Mike Brown. Today I asked Zac Taylor if this is the best D-line he’s ever coached. “Yeah, as a head coach here,” he said. “Obviously, we have high-end talent, but I think top to bottom overall, the depth is something that you’re really excited about.”

I made 6 music videos today all from start to finish. I also worked 9-5, had date night, did a little freelance, prepared for two presentations, and worked on a side project. Here is a thread of those 6 music videos.

Devastating news out of Twin Falls, Idaho today after a shooter opened fire near the new In-N-Out. Witnesses report a brave citizen stepped up, drawing a sidearm in the drive-thru line to engage the gunman. That immediate intervention and bravery under fire without a doubt saved countless lives today. Praying for the victims. 🙏🇺🇸 #TwinFalls #Idaho

🗣️ “I think I did everything I could and I covered every move right, [Audrey] was just very strong today.” In the midst of a summer full of ups and downs, Keely Hodgkinson laid it all on the line today in Birmingham, but her Swiss rival Audrey Werro just had a bit more in the tank to get across the line. Hodgkinson earned silver over 800m at the European Championships, running 1:55.01 to claim her third consecutive medal at this stage. 🎥 FULL INTERVIEW:

I wanted to take a moment to talk about my early stages in golf and hopefully this helps someone out there getting into the game. This video is from 2013, around 1 year into golf and I was shooting mid- low 90s. My Dad was a teaching pro so the fundamentals came easy. However, all my friends at the time played since they were 5 years old and I felt a ton of pressure trying to “catch up”. Golf never seemed to come easy for myself. I struggled really bad for 2-3 years before I saw any true progress. I was never a “natural” at the game At this time, my main goal was to play college golf so a lot of progress needed to take place. So, we moved to Florida as a family for my dads job and that’s when everything changed. I began to practice each day for 3-5 hours. I realized since I wasn’t a natural, I had to work harder then everyone. My scores began to drop into the 70s consistently after 3-4 years of playing. When I started seeing these results I got even more motivated. To play in college I needed to be posting low scores in competitive junior tournaments. These environments I believe took my game even to another level. I began shooting in the low 70s and 60s on a consistent basis. Getting to this point easily took 5 years of grinding, while some of my friends it took 2-3 years. I did end up playing 4 years of D2 college golf and posted a lot of scores I’m super proud of. My overall point is people progress at different speeds in this game. I realize not everyone can’t practice 5 hours a day. But if you haven’t seen results right away, or even years into the game, never give up. Something might click and everything could change!
