I went to both Jasmine Crockett’s and James Talarico’s final election Eve rallies. These events could not have been more different. My experiences at both made me convinced of who was going to win tomorrow. Crockett’s event was a “Community Conversation with Congresswomen Crockett, Pressley & Grijalva” at New Faith Church. About ~100 people attended. Talarico’s event was a “Take Back Texas Tour: Rally in Houston.” About ~1,000 people attended. Crockett’s event started nearly an hour later. The pews were half full, and the energy just wasn’t there. I don’t think Crockett’s event was designed to be energetic, but it just wasn’t inspiring. The speakers and the crowd were older, and at one point, one older speaker said “Tomorrow, use Google and Social Media to get your friends to go out and vote.” What does that even mean? Some members of the media left before the event was even over. Crockett’s message was constantly negative against Republicans. There was a lot of focus on identity, too. On how it was really cool that most of the people on stage were congressWOMEN. I would say that crowd of ~100 was 90% black and skewed older On the other hand, Talarico’s event was packed. He had several speakers speak before him to rally up the crowd. The energy was there. When Talarico came on stage, everyone went crazy. Talarico gave his classic stump speak that he’s given at other rallies, but you could tell he was hitting his stride. Talarico’s crowd was more diverse and included a mix and white and Latino people (probably 45% each). I would guess the rest was 5% black and 5% Asian. Talarico didn’t lean into identity, but his message was one of love, and his biggest applause lines were that he was going to win. After the rally concluded, they announced that Talarico would meet anyone and take pictures with anyone that wanted to. The line went out the door. I was in the first half and was able to meet him, but it probably took hours to get through everyone. My conclusion: the late momentum is 100% with Talarico. His campaign is a well oiled machine. There were volunteers with yellow vests everywhere, and they were very aware that the Kalshi odds had them having a last minute surge. My on the ground experience explains why Talarico has jumped 18% from 67% to 85% in the last 24 hours on the Kalshi odds. Momentum means everything in a primary, and let me tell you, James Talarico HAS THE JUICE. I think he wins by double digits

Crowd heavily booing at the Coldplay concert in Bucharest tonight. What kind of autistic producer thought it was a good idea to feature a MANELE singer, at a ROCK concert? Worst thing? The band had no reaction. None whatsoever. The show simply continued as if this cringe moment didn’t happen. Typical globalist bullshit attitude. My bet is that this moment was meant to promote the woke ideals of “inclusion” and “diversity”, but they clearly hit a brick wall with this crowd. I am a casual listener of manele myself, and have a couple of close friends and co-workers from the rroma community. But even they know there’s a time and a place for this music. And it ain’t at the National Arena. Sorry for the non-finance rant, moving on…

From their very first filming day together, Hudson & Connor "were so careful with each other. It was the two of them even then. They were taking care of each other right from the start. There's been an unfortunate incident in LA with a Uhaul plowing into a crowd of anti-Khameini protestors This man should never have been able to get near the crowd with a uhaul but some info about the situation seem to be - signage on the truck is anti both the shah and the current ayatollah. is this his actual position or is this camouflage to have gotten into the protest to perpetrate an attack? On AEW Grand Slam Australia: Yes, the merch stand was poorly planned out like last year. Yes, there were empty seats and some fans apparently were moved. Yes, a perhaps unwise choice was made with the booking of the first AEW match on the card IMO. But I'll say this, and you can't feel this through a phone screen, but it was such a fun atmosphere and a fun show for the most part. And my cousin (15), whose first ever live show this was, keeps talking about how cool certain spots and moments were (particularly the ladder match and crowd fighting). They made a fan out of him last night, and I just think that's pretty cool. Sure, it won't move the needle, but we were all that kid falling in love with pro-wrestling once upon a time. It's nice to see the tradition continue. So yeah, it was well done show on an emotional level, and on a wrestling level, if not entirely on a logistical level.

On AEW Grand Slam Australia: Yes, the merch stand was poorly planned out like last year. Yes, there were empty seats and some fans apparently were moved. Yes, a perhaps unwise choice was made with the booking of the first AEW match on the card IMO. But I'll say this, and you can't feel this through a phone screen, but it was such a fun atmosphere and a fun show for the most part. And my cousin (15), whose first ever live show this was, keeps talking about how cool certain spots and moments were (particularly the ladder match and crowd fighting). They made a fan out of him last night, and I just think that's pretty cool. Sure, it won't move the needle, but we were all that kid falling in love with pro-wrestling once upon a time. It's nice to see the tradition continue. So yeah, it was well done show on an emotional level, and on a wrestling level, if not entirely on a logistical level.

I have never encountered this in China. This is my first time in Hopson One, the 190,000 square meter mall with over 260 places to eat alone in downtown Beijing. It is in the center of four subway lines, and this crowd is crazy. You literally have to wait in line to use the escalator, and you can forget about using the elevator… that's not happening. We took people here because on the fifth floor there is an area with about ten EV brands where you can sit in the cars and experience them. It's part of our Youth Tech China Trek. It is our last day, just a short stop to relax, but it is really giving people a view into how much activity and bustle there is in China. I haven't seen this in any other malls, which look more like American ones, frankly, with a lot less traffic. But this one is so crowded. I was actually here yesterday (Friday night at 9:30pm, right before closing) to confirm which EV models were on display, and there were still lines!!!

Last night was one the awesomest nights of my life. We sold out the Wilbur. The crowd was electric. It was our first real live celebration of the acquittal of Karen Read. This is what I dreamed about to get me through the 60 days sitting in a jail cell alone. It was a visual representation of the victory of good over evil. It was great meeting so many of you who have supported me and Karen through some tough times. Thank you to everyone who came, and thank you to The Wilbur for allowing us to perform at your historic venue and not giving into the online mob who demanded the show be cancelled. A BPD detail was there, but turned out to be unnecessary as zero counter protesters showed up. If you took video of the opening feel free to drop it in the comments below!

hyunsuk and jihoon snuck into the dorms at lunch scared the staff would catch them eating ramen in secret but got even more scared when the door opened but nobody was there + it wont close on its own as it should 😭 #최현석 #지훈 (at 11:52 of the content) 🦔 (heard the sound of door code pressed, door opening and shoes taken off but the sound stopped there and nobody came in) 🦔 we thought someone arrived… tbh that time we snuck out without the staff knowing so we were alr scared 🦔 “oh we cant get caught though” so we both froze for awhile and tbh when we were trainees, they were very strict… 🦔 we were gonna eat ramen in secret that time so we hid it and figured out what to do and when we settled down, no one came in. 🦔 (said they’d hear it if they went somewhere) 🦔 from then on, bc jihoon and i get scared so easily, were like “you go!” “no, you go” and argued for about 10 mins cos we get easily scared. 🦔 i eventually went out to check but there was no one near the shoe rack and the funny thing is it was just jihoon and i, just the two of us so there should only be two pairs of shoes, though there were untiedied shoes too, but there was another pair of shoes that weren’t there when we came in. so we wondered if someone came in quietly but in the end it’s really just the two of us inside the dorms. 🦔 and what was scarier was that like in most apartment buildings, the front door force closes so strongly so if you dont hold it open, it would automatically close right? ours is the same. it wasnt even left on a veryain angle but it stayed open… 🦔 so we spent another 10 mins arguing again and i went outside thinking someone must be holding on to it but there really was no one there. so we tried closing and opening it at that angle again and let go of it but it would close definitely. it doesnt make sense right? 🦔 so thats when i first understood it when people say when you’re truly scared, you cant even scream, you just freeze. 🦔 after we snapped out of it, we wer able to check the intercom footage, but nobody got off the elevator, nobody came up the stairs either, it just showed the door opening by itself like this so we were absolutely terrified and i think we left right away.

This statement by Morgan Wallen at is Chicago show ruffled the feathers of a lot fans back in Pittsburgh. Wallen was in Chicago playing at Soldier Field where it was raining. He says to the crowd “ I just wanna say that it is raining right now and we gonna’ play through it” and kind of chuckles. Many took that as a slight to Pittsburgh where he canceled his show due to weather concerns but which ended up being a beautiful night there when the concert would have started. A lot of fans in Pittsburgh are wondering why he didn’t “play through” there when it ended up not raining at all. 🤔 Many said they still haven’t received their refund and wondered why he wouldn’t just reschedule. Some said all they got was a promo code for a future concert. 🤯 Some of people in Chicago said they only went to see Brooks N’ Dunn, who were opening for him in Chicago and said they left after they played and didn’t stay to see Morgan. There is a room in Málaga that was built to be the closest thing on earth to standing inside heaven. It is called the camarín of the Virgin of Victory, and it is hidden at the top of a tower inside the Santuario de la Victoria. To reach it, you climb and the ascent is the entire point... The building you are climbing through was completed in 1700, and it was designed as a single argument made in stone. At the bottom lies a crypt: a black chamber crowded with white plaster skeletons, a meditation on death and the brevity of life. From there a staircase rises, and as you climb it the light grows stronger and the imagery changes from bones to saints. The architects of the time understood this ascent as the soul's own journey, the dark crypt as the stage of penitence, the staircase as the stage of spiritual progress, and the room at the very top as the final stage: the union of the soul with the divine.
