there are pros and cons to different generations, although you’ve maybe misidentified the iPad kid generation (genz) as millenials generally those with the greatest advantages come in the between two clear generational gaps. the last great advantage was among those who grew up native to the internet, but didn’t get iPhones until they’d already gone through formative development. those people are probably like 28-31 now before that, it was probably pre-post 9/11 soon it will be pre-post ai, the people who grew up before it was necessary and then still young enough when it got good, maybe even then pre-post some broader global event (if travel gets cut off and eyeball scanning + global gov cohort acceleration it’ll be pre-post freedoms) falling into a clear generational divide is a disadvantage compared to this occasional sweet spot
