🚨THREE days before executing Alex Pretti, the SAME agents almost killed another U.S. citizen…🚨 While illegally detaining unaccompanied minors, using excessive force, causing multiple car accidents, and assaulting multiple U.S. citizens… all in one video. The video starts with agents checking the ID of a 16-year-old girl they had... just hit with their car. She has a U.S. passport. They don’t care. They had already taken her 15-year-old brother after scanning his face. They seize her passport, and then handcuff her. At the front of the car, you can see a U.S. citizen legally observing. Not interfering, or moving. Just filming. Suddenly, agents swarm them and tackle them to the ground. Multiple men put their full body weight on the person’s back. One agent hits them in the face, and then pushes his knee into their face, while another pulls the person’s hair… All while the person lays motionless. Their nose starts bleeding into the snow. They’re struggling to talk, let alone breathe. All while they are not resisting. When the agents finally lift them up, blood is running down their face. And the agent’s rampage continues. Agents are then seen smashing a car window and try to grab the driver while the car is not in park, nearly running over another agent in the process. Multiple people are now on the ground. One man has been pepper sprayed, his glasses knocked off. A woman walks up. Without warning, an agent pepper sprays her directly in the eyes, blinding her, while they yell at her to move. She can’t see where she’s going, so the person filming has to lead her to the sidewalk. The camera turns back. The man who was pepper sprayed earlier is now standing, lethargic, disoriented, and unable to see without his glasses, and with pepper spray in his eyes. They slam him back to the ground. An agent walks over, pepper sprays him again, inches from his eyes, and casually walks away. This is believed to be the same agent who later shot Alex Pretti in the back. As three agents put their full weight on this man, other agents begin throwing tear gas, including a canister thrown right next to his head. The entire area fills with thick smoke. You can hear agents accidentally hitting a car because they can’t see. After multiple pepper sprayings, physical assault, and tear gas deployment right next to his face, the agents simply stand up and walk away. They leave him lying in the middle of the street, surrounded by smoke, without glasses, effectively blinded, after already causing crashes due to lack of visibility. Eventually, he manages to get up and run for help, begging bystanders to assist him. And these are the same agents who later illegally assaulted women for filming, then assaulted Alex Pretti for helping them, using excessive force, pepper spray, and bear spray… Before tackling Alex Pretti, beating him, removing his legal firearm… and executing him. This is what happens when agents are trained to ignore the Constitution, are protected from consequences, and told that violence is policy. If this blatant abuse is allowed to continue, it’s no longer a question of if another U.S. citizen will die… It’s only a question of when, and how many more they think they can get away with before anyone stops them.show more

🚨Another day, another video of ICE agents illegally demanding a U.S. citizen prove their citizenship, in Brownsville, TX. In the video, ICE agents have a U.S. citizen boxed in with their vehicles. After demanding that he show his ID, the U.S. citizen asks if he is free to go, and then tells them to get the F away from his car. Instead of going back to their own cars, the agents tell him to “chill”… after they had already illegally detained him and demanded identification. The U.S. citizen then gets out of his car, to record the agents’ license plates, and one of the ICE agents has the audacity to say: “Sir, please don’t interfere with our investigations.” Interfere with what investigation? He WAS the investigation. If they’re letting him leave, then there is nothing left for him to “interfere” with. Recording government agents, in public, is protected by the First Amendment, and they don’t get to invent an “investigation” to discourage someone from filming. And this is becoming a pattern. ICE agents are stopping whoever they want… and demanding papers. But that is not how constitutional rights work. ICE didn’t have reasonable suspicion that he had committed an immigration violation… since he is a U.S. citizen. So, detaining him, and demanding that he identify himself, violates his Fourth Amendment rights. U.S. citizens are not required to prove their citizenship, to any law enforcement, simply because they were stopped and questioned. And that’s what makes these encounters so dangerous. When U.S. citizens refuse to comply with these unlawful demands, we’ve repeatedly seen ICE agents escalate the situation with physical force. Citizens have been shoved, dragged from vehicles, pinned to the ground, and pepper sprayed after refusing unlawful demands, or asserting their constitutional rights. And a right isn’t a right if exercising it means you risk being assaulted by the very government that’s supposed to protect it. This isn’t just about immigration anymore. It’s about whether every American can exercise their constitutional rights without fearing they’ll be met with intimidation, violence, or retaliation from federal agents. 🚨BREAKING: In Oklahoma City, ICE agents are seen chasing a young man through a parking lot, tasing him, then repeatedly smashing his head, and dragging his face across the concrete… while he isn’t resisting. In the video, after he falls to the ground, agents pile on top of him, as the agents smash his head into the concrete multiple times. While he’s lying on the ground… not fighting back, and making no visible attempt to get away… the agents drag his face across the pavement as they go to handcuff him. Then, with both agents already on top of him, and his arms being pulled behind his back, one agent slams his head into the concrete, again. Even after both agents have him pinned, and are kneeling on him, one agent continues forcing his head into the pavement. By the time they finally pull him to his feet, you can clearly see his face is injured. Law enforcement are allowed to use force, that’s objectively reasonable, under the circumstances. But, once someone is effectively under control, any additional force has to be justified by a legitimate safety need… not punishment, anger, or retaliation. If someone is no longer actively resisting, repeatedly driving their head into concrete… is difficult to justify as necessary force. This is exactly what happens when the government refuses to hold ICE agents accountable. The more ICE agents get away with excessive force, the more excessive force becomes their normal.

In North Carolina, ICE/Border Patrol agents illegally stopped two U.S. citizens. They questioned them without legal cause, took their licenses, and admitted on camera that the men were allowed to record. And they were still attacked. In the video, one man asks if he can film for his safety. The agent says yes, saying that he’ll “have to put his mask on.” The agents take their licenses, ask where they’re from, where they live, what they’re doing in the area, all without legal authority. The men cooperate anyway. Then the situation turns dangerous. Another agent suddenly tells the driver, “Turn off your video. You are being detained, so you are not free to record.” That is false. Recording law enforcement in public is legal, including during detention. The driver calmly refuses, keeps one hand on the steering wheel as instructed, and holds his phone in the other. That’s when the agent lunges for the phone. The agent throws himself into the car, trying to grab the device. When the driver moves it away, the agent assaults him. The agent then illegally opens the car door, something the driver correctly points out they are not allowed to do. The agents keep demanding the filming stop, as multiple agents keep reaching for the phone. Then they escalate again. They threaten arrest, grab the driver, and start hitting him and trying to drag him out of the car, even though he keeps saying, “We haven’t done anything wrong.” When they fail to pull him out, they back away, visibly angry. They turn on the passenger next. An agent grabs him, threatens handcuffs, and assaults him trying to force him out of the vehicle. In Minnesota, ICE agents handcuffed a pregnant woman, forced her onto her stomach, and put their full body weight and knees on her, refusing to let her get up. In the video, you can hear the crowd screaming over and over that she is pregnant. They plead with the agents to stop. The woman is not resisting, not moving, not a threat. It doesn’t matter. The agents ignore them, continue pointing pepper spray at the crowd, and one agent even shoves a woman backward, assaulting her simply for speaking up. People keep begging them to let the pregnant woman off her stomach, to stop putting weight on her body. The agents refuse. The crowd grows louder and more desperate, because they are watching someone who could lose her pregnancy, right in front of them, at the hands of ICE agents. Only after the crowd begins throwing snowballs is the pregnant woman able to get off her stomach. And then it gets worse. The ICE agents begin pepper spraying the crowd. One agent drags the pregnant woman by the arm while she is still helpless and restrained. Pepper spray fills the air, hitting bystanders and the pregnant woman herself as she lies on the ground beneath them. This is not “law enforcement.” This is cruelty. This is reckless endangerment. This is state violence carried out in public, on camera, against a pregnant woman who posed no threat. If this is what they’re willing to do while being filmed, imagine what happens when no one is watching.

🚨BREAKING: In Chicago, ICE agents were filmed hitting the car of a U.S. citizen, assaulting a bystander who was filming, pointing a taser at innocent people, and driving away before local police could even verify their identities. And we’re supposed to believe they’re making our communities safer. The video shows ICE agents chasing a man through Albany Park. Two agents grab him and rip his shirt off during the chase, while one of the agents drops a fully loaded magazine… and leaves it there. The man manages to get away and runs across a street, where cars are stopped at a red light. An ICE agent then drive a black SUV into a U.S. citizen’s vehicle in an attempt to cut off the man running. The man is eventually surrounded by agents, when one agent suddenly grabs the man and aggressively throws him to the ground, as multiple agents immediately pile on top of him as he screams for help. As this is happening, residents begin recording what they are witnessing. That’s when another agent enters the scene with his taser already drawn. Despite another agent already standing next to a person filming, he walks directly toward the bystander, shoves them backward, and screams, “Back the fuck up.” The person filming isn’t attacking anyone… or interfering with the arrest. In fact, you can see them nodding and saying “okay.” Yet, the agent continues advancing toward them with a taser. Which all raises some serious first and fourth amendment concerns. And let’s talk about the woman whose car was hit… Her vehicle gets run into, during a federal operation… and then they threatened to arrest HER. And afterward, local police told her they were not given proof of the agents’ identity at the scene. One officer reportedly said, “[The agents] didn’t want to show us proof of that,” when speaking to the woman whose car was hit. AND THEN, according to reporting from the scene, one of the ICE agents had a Jerusalem cross sticker on the back of his phone. The Jerusalem cross is a Christian symbol dating back to the Crusades that has more recently gained popularity among some far-right and white supremacist groups. Maybe that’s something DHS would like to explain. So, if federal agents can crash into civilian vehicles, leave loaded ammunition in public streets, point tasers at bystanders, and aggressively confront, and assault, people exercising their constitutional rights… Then the people holding the cameras aren’t the problem. The cameras are documenting the problem.

🚨 ICE/Border Patrol agents pepper-sprayed a ONE-YEAR-OLD CHILD. In a Sam’s Club parking lot in Cicero, Illinois… just outside Chicago… federal agents illegally deployed pepper spray into a moving vehicle with a baby in the back seat. The family had gone to Sam’s Club to buy groceries. When they saw agents and helicopters, they decided to leave the area to avoid any trouble. As they went to leave, agents in a black pickup truck threw pepper spray into the driver’s side window, while passing in the opposite direction. The powder hit the driver directly in the face… while their one-year-old sat behind them. The family wasn’t following the agents. They weren’t protesting. They were simply trying to go home. This is a blatant abuse of authority, child endangerment, and a federal civil rights violation. There is no lawful or moral justification for deploying a chemical weapon into a moving car traveling the opposite way. This could have ended in tragedy.
