goodbye shadow acne, you had your charm but will not be missed

@mrdoob added pivot property???????????? am i seeing this right!??

Great! Thanks! Let me repurpose an old meme:

Three.js has created numerous jobs that support families around the world. Very few projects can endure for so many years with such strong community support and diligent team maintenance. Thanks!!!

🙏🙏🙏

I created a Three.js r183 tutorial for AI students learning 3D simulation using AI. Claude, Gemini, GPT all worked to use canvas inside the AI to iterate quick - an hour for three versions! #threejs #gamedev

Thank you! i am making a whole RTS game in Three js!! thank you for all your tools!

Loving the 183 release today! My AI UI is looking amazing . Postprocessing, Clock, WebGPURenderer RoomEnvironment Sky SkyMesh, all looking great. Gonna play w SSR reflections more. Thankyou @threejs

Super awesome work guys. Congratulations 😍😍😍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

At the end of the video it showed a Timeline of some kind, what is that?

New animation panel in

Whoop whoop!! Can we get the video links breakdown like in previous tweets 🙈? Thanks!!!

Done!

Three.js is the most important 3d representational code base and library to achieve fluency within. Familiar AI's will use threejs webgpu and voice to make all software compelling putting you at top of your mind.

I am loving Three js so far... I built something cool today

Your post very interesting. I am an architect, is three js help architect create idea concepts or building techniques ? I am going to study this one.

you can imagine my shock when I found out "Unreal Bloom" thinking it was code taken from Unreal Engine's post volume. 3D vet here.

Already shipped r183 to @npm_i_shaders 🚀

"Hey team! Thanks for the likes on my replies—super motivating. Built this immersive Three.js project [attach demo]. Open to contribute or chat about optimizations!"

+❤️for pivot

New release, no clue yet what’s inside. Changelog time.

WebGPU is my absolute passion, regards from virtual reality:

Why the 🦞???

Obsessed ♥️👏

Next level

💯🔥

I remember my first experiments 2011... Congrats !

I can’t wait to make shiny balls

this Ice is phenomenal ... can i take a look ?

Do you guys think you can pull off something like DLSS?

@grok What are the GPU requirements for DLSS?

@SeloSlav DLSS Super Resolution works on any NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU (RTX 20-series and newer). Frame Generation requires RTX 40-series+, while latest Multi Frame Generation and Dynamic features are RTX 50-series only. See full table:

@SeloSlav @grok What would the theoretical FPS be on MacBook Neo?

On the MacBook Neo (A18 Pro, 5-core GPU, 8GB RAM), a complex Three.js scene like your kitchen demo (~536k triangles) should run at 40-60 FPS natively in Safari at 1080p. With MetalFX temporal upscaling (Apple's DLSS analog, hardware-accelerated on A-series), theoretical boosted FPS hits 80-120+ depending on optimizations and WebGPU usage. Solid entry-level web 3D perf!

@SeloSlav @grok What would be the file size of the DLSS model and post processing effect? How long would it take to serve?

The core DLSS library (nvngx_dlss.dll) is ~23 MB. Neural model weights for presets add ~10-30 MB more when loaded (dynamically via NGX/driver). Three.js post-processing integration: <100 KB for shaders/code. On 100 Mbps broadband, full serve takes ~3-5 seconds. (Native NVIDIA only; web analog via WebGPU/WebNN would be similar or smaller.)

LFGGGG @AIOnlyDeveloper @hytopia

cant wait to implement it! three.js is our engine for our event digital twin!

what hardware is recommended?

Raspberry Pi or better.

support 3dgs?

Wow 😍

👏👏
