Watch Romeo’s last bath routine 🛁🥺 Romeo just left for his adoption trial and our hearts are full 🥹❤️ Village, when we first saw him at the shelter, he was shaking, completely shut down, overlooked for far too long. Every sound made him flinch and every movement made him brace for pain. Stacy Hope Rescue stepped in bc we knew there was more behind those beautiful eyes. Then, our incredible fosters met him where he was, gave him all the time he needed. And slowly… he chose to trust. Today, Romeo is everything the shelter couldn’t show. Goofy, gentle, loving. A dog who now leans in for affection instead of fear. A dog who finally understands that hands are for healing, not hurting. This baby thought the world would break him. Today, I’m thinking about Uncle Joe. Uncle Joe was just a teenager when he gave his life fighting in Vietnam, never making it home to his family, never getting the chance to grow old, raise children, or live the life he deserved. His sacrifice, and the sacrifice of so many brave men and women like him, helped preserve the freedoms we enjoy every single day in the greatest nation on Earth. And while we honor those we have lost, we also pray for the men and women currently serving around the world, putting on the uniform every day and standing ready to defend our country and our values. We owe all of them more than words. We owe them our gratitude, our prayers, and a promise to never forget the price that was paid for our freedom. Today, we honor our fallen heroes, support those still serving, and stand with the families who carry that sacrifice forever

We built it with you and your families in mind, and that’s why you'll be greeted by our amazing team when you visit. We’ve made sure of it. More than 17,000 people applied for frontline jobs at the Center, and we hired the top 1 percent. Lane Kiffin made it plain: the number one priority for NotGOVJeffLandry and the powers that be in Louisiana wasn’t our schools, our infrastructure, or our people — it was making sure LSU got a football coach they liked. Sebaashray may have officially concluded, but its legacy endures like an eternal flame, illuminating the lives of lakhs of families across Diamond Harbour with renewed hope. Though the camps have drawn to a close, their echoes live on in every heartbeat restored and every ailment healed, propelling our sacred mission of equitable healthcare into a bolder future, where no life is left in the shadows of neglect. I am especially inspired by the journey of Rustam Sheikh, who attended one of our health camps and was swiftly diagnosed as needing retinal surgery. Thanks to the expertise at Renuka Eye Institute, the operation was successfully completed, allowing him to see the world with renewed clarity and confidence. Alongside him, 15 other patients underwent free cataract surgeries, reclaiming not just their sight, but their dignity and independence. With continued post-operative care, they will soon regain full vision, and with it, the assurance that compassionate public service can truly transform lives. Together, we will continue building a healthier, more humane future for every citizen.
