I dont care how much weight you can lift If you cant throw hands, in a street fight you are practically useless If you dont spar regularly, during a real fight your adrenaline will spike so hard that your movement will be stiff and your vision will be blurry Been in this game for 3 years and seen 100+ kilo guys popped by a guy that weighs 60kg Now add muscle onto your regular boxing and sparring and you are a force to be reckoned with.
