Sir Lewis Hamilton reflecting on the break after Singapore, and speaking on his experience with horses throughout his life: "Good afternoon, everyone. I was at the factory, and then headed out here. Had some work in LA, and then I came here. But yesterday, I rode a horse for the first time. So it was an unbelievable experience." "But when I was younger, there used to be a horse that was in a field nearby, just a shy horse. And it was this beautiful horse. It was just on its own every day. So I'd go and stop, and it would come over to me, and I'd spend time [with it]. And then when I'd start walking home, I'd start to notice my allergies started kicking off. And then my breathing, I'd struggle to breathe. And I'd really, really struggle. And I didn't know that I had asthma." "Then I was, I happened to be around another horse another time, and I had an asthma attack. And it was a really scary experience, because I didn't have an inhaler or anything. So anyways, I stayed away from horses since that day. That was when I was probably like 14 or something. And I went through this desensitization program, because my allergies were crazy, particularly for hay fever in the UK. And I didn't think anything of it. I hadn't thought about it. And I did a shoot at the beginning of this year with a horse for the Time 100 magazine. And I took medication, antihistamine. But I was able to be around this horse, no problems. So yesterday, I did a shoot with a horse for Plus 44. And I was like, can I ride it? And I got on. And it was just, wow. It was an amazing experience." "The horse started moving. And it started to gallop. And I didn't know what to do in that moment. So I panicked a little bit. But it was beautiful. So I'm really, really excited about this next phase of my life, where I'm going to be around horses more and really get into riding." - F1 2025 USGP -

This woman doesn’t have any arms but it doesn’t stop her from making dinner for her family, for a second I thought she was going to cut herself when cutting peppers but she handled it like a champ. I’ve learned at an early age not to underestimate people with disabilities. Back in college I was classmates with someone that couldn’t use his legs and always was in a wheelchair. That didn’t stop him from pursuing his degree and hanging out with my friends and I and even driving. I recall walking to class in the rain one day, it was a really bad storm and it was cold and miserable, I never carry an umbrella because I thought I was too cool for it but I paid the price for it many times over I’ve should have learned my lesson. So during my walk a minivan pulls over and asks if I wanted a ride, I look over and I see it was him. At that point I never knew any person who could drive without their legs, I didn’t even know it was a thing at the time. Since I was wet and freezing I decided to let him give me a ride which I was thankful for. The van was modified so he could drive with his hands instead of his feet, I was impressed because had I not looked over, I would have never known that it wasn’t a normal driver, the ride was the same as any driver I’ve ever been in the car with. He actually drove better than many of my friends at the time, he was very attentive and careful. Now with so many people distracted by phones and other things. I thought to myself how the roads were safer with better drivers like him.

Former Navy Seal, Doctor, and Astronaut, Jonny Kim (2020) recalls the day his drunk father pulled a gun on the family, and why fighting back left him feeling reborn "When my father died… I feel like it was the day I was reborn into someone else." "I think maybe he felt cornered… and cornered animals can be dangerous." "On this particular day… February 21st, 2002… my father came home… I could smell the whiskey on his breath, so I knew he was very intoxicated." "Some of the last words he said to me was, 'I'm sorry, Jonathan.' And he pepper-sprayed my face." "All I hear in the kitchen is my mother screaming for help and saying, 'he's got a gun.'" "I did my best to fight him and get that gun… as strong as I guess a 140-pound kid could do… But I lost that fight. I still have a scar… from when my father was able to get a hold of a dumbbell nearby and smash my head in with it." "I clearly remember saying that it's not too late. You have the power to decide right now. It's not too late." "I told him to go run, just run. And he did… that was the last time I saw my father." "I told police that I think my father's still in the house and he's in the attic… shots were fired and my father was killed." "I don't mean to sound callous, but in a lot of ways it liberated me… it liberated myself and my brother." "It taught me I'm not the scared little boy I thought I was… I can be a part of something bigger than myself." "The detective… said, 'Son, I'm sorry to tell you, but your father is dead.'… 'I take it that this is not bad news? Is this good?' And I said… 'I'm just relieved, sir.' And he said, 'I understand, son.'" "It's just a day… that helped me be reborn into the person I wanted to become."

I really, really, really wanted to drop this song last year. When I first put out the snippet, I was so excited - but it was hard to finish it on time because everything was a blur. I was sick and weak and nauseous and tired and my body just wouldn't do what I wanted it to. Even in the snippet video, I wasn't feeling great. I was just trying my best. I adore Chike's voice and I knew it was him that had to be on the song with me. When I asked him to give me a verse, he was so ready to go, but he was out of town. As soon as he came back, he came over to my studio the next day 🥹. I got a lotta respect for him. He didn't know I was pregnant and suffering 😅 Watching this video back now, I can't even understand where the energy came from. When the song was done, I struggled to mix it. Even so, I decided to master it myself. I hate mastering, so I don't know what I thinking. I was so disappointed that I couldn't meet the deadline. Everyone had fallen in love with the song and was asking me to put it out. I didn't have the energy to make content. I don't even remember them recording this video. Given how much I love this song, I'm a little bummed I couldn't give it energy it deserves. But please, know that a lot of love and resilience went into this song. I hope that you can let less be more for this one. I hope you can give it the energy that I couldn't. That I can't. PS: This is a chance for those of you that say I gave up my career for marriage to fight(?) for my uhm...rights? That or stfu. WHERE YOU DEY > Simi ft Chiké out everywhere now 🩵🩵 produced by Niphkeys mixed/mastered by Simi

Dr. John Blitch describes a conversation he had with a 7ft Mantis Being 😳 the being explained to him the body is just a machine that houses the soul and they can’t steal his soul or consciousness and we’re trying to help him Link to interview in the comments Dr. Blitch -“a tall seven-ish foot praying mantis looking, being was upset with me. And was Chastising me” “ I was terrified, frozen, paralyzed to the bed. And he, I got a male presence, vibe, from this being and is just looking at me very intently and explained to me, look, this body that you got, it is just a soul housing group. It's a brain housing group. It is just a machine that your soul occupies for this lifetime. And so, yeah, we're gonna mess with it. We're gonna get up under the hood and we're gonna adjust the carburetor. Right? I had just dated myself there. You know, we, we may swap a couple of parts out, but we can't steal you, we can't steal your soul, we can't steal your consciousness. So quit screaming and writhing around and let us do our fricking job. And it's the, it's, it's like the equivalent of a surgeon telling the patient, stop squiggling, just like the veterinarian to my, my laboratory retriever.” And the whole time he is conveying to me, see, we can't get your soul. We could do a lot of damage to your body if we want to. We don't, we're trying to help you, but this is how bad it could get. So stop squiggling it around and let us get this done.”

⭐️: I honestly spent so much time thinking about it. At first, I kept wondering if it was the right choice. Every time I looked in the mirror, it felt unfamiliar and a little awkward. And I think there are certain shades of blonde that suit me, and others that just don’t feel like me. But I really, really thought about it a lot. On top of that, there were times when I was out and about and had to deal with some not-so-great reactions because of it, so I had a lot of worries. I kept going back and forth in my head. When I wore that outfit for the music show performance, I actually couldn’t sleep at all the night before. I had so many thoughts and worries that I was basically fighting with myself. My mood was really bad that day. But even though my body felt like it weighed a ton, I dragged myself to the music show and did it. And while I was there, I was still battling with myself, thinking, “Is this really right? Am I just too stuck in my own perspective to see it clearly? Maybe I’m the only one who doesn’t get it.” But at the same time, I kept telling myself, “We already filmed the music video like this. This is something I have to commit to.” So I went on stage. I was honestly feeling really down that day. I had almost no confidence in myself. But later on, seeing that so many people understood it and liked it made me realise that maybe it wasn’t completely the wrong choice after all. That said, my favourite hairstyle on myself is still black hair. So today, I got my hair and makeup done, looked in the mirror, and thought, “I need to go live.” So here I am.
