They have to keep phones in the backpacks at all times. There’s a "We see it, we take it" policy. "And on the first day, more than 100 phones were confiscated from students. In the following days, confiscations dropped dramatically. This school district has seen a drop in bullying and a rise in student engagement. Teachers report that there has been "newfound life" injected into the classroom. Students are more talkative and more collaborative." They say new cell types arise one mutation at a time. Is that plausible? The DNA fold decides which programs are open for each cell type. This is critical. If DNA is not folded properly so that specific cell-type information can be read, catastrophe ensues. Then you need placement blueprints, so the cells form in the right place, in the right number, and lock together to form a functional tissue. These developmental instructions are passed from parent to offspring - but research shows that tweaking these master developmental programs ends badly for the child. This mother received a text from her son that their was an active shooter at his school. She called her husband who had their young daughter with him and had just left and he came back home. He went inside and grabbed his weapon and headed to the school. Dad was on his way to save everyone's babies not just his own. This is why my kids will always have their phones in school. They need to be able report an emergency and be able to get a hold of mom and dad at a moment's notice. Can't imagine getting that text from one of my kids. Sad that families have to deal with this madness. We know cell phones can be a distraction and be bad but do you think kids should be allowed to have their cell phones at all times, if not for this very reason right here?

Afghans are unvettable and untrustworthy. The greatest threat I faced in Afghanistan wasn't Al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or Haqqani. It was my so-called Afghan "partners." During meetings, I had a squad leader over my shoulder holding his weapon in the low ready, watching the hands of my "allies." Before major joint operations, we would confiscate their cell phones. They still provided early warning to enemy fighters. We gave these people weapons and uniforms, and hoped they would fight a mutual enemy.
