When we are in meetings, we use a tool for what we call "dotting." It allows everyone to convey what they are seeing and how each person is behaving in real time. You can look at a screen and see, in color, how people are seeing each other. You see who thinks something is the most arrogant thing, or the stupidest thing, or that you aren't being considerate. When you see that visualization in real time, you are forced to ask yourself: How do I know that I’m seeing it the right way? How do I know that I’m not the wrong one? You realize you are just one of those dots in that line and in that grid. It causes you to go above yourself and provides perspective. Once you see how everyone else is seeing the situation, it raises a fundamental question: Together, how do we know what’s best? Just because an idea is in your head doesn’t mean it’s best. To make the right decisions, we have to look past our own individual assumptions and work together to find the truth.

Martin to Moynihan: When you say that Obama is one of the most divisive presidents in history, that's something that you guys can never back up. What specifically are you referring to when you say he's one of the most divisive presidents in history? MacFarlane: He did not invite Milli Vanilli to the library party today, or Vanilla ICE or C and C Music Factory

🚨 She absolutely nails it! “I will remind you that evangelicals donate the most money to charity every year, that we volunteer the most service hours, that we adopt the most children out of foster care. And so when you say that evangelicals are a cancer, you are saying that the most generous, charitable people in this country are cancerous. What you're actually saying is that this group is cancerous because you don't like our politics. We are also the most conservative group in the country, and you don't like that we don't outsource our compassion to the government like you do.”

In 2012, an interviewer asked Beyoncé if Blue Ivy liked her music, while she was still pregnant with her. Then in 2023, Blue Ivy was seen in the ‘Renaissance’ film telling Beyoncé to keep ‘Diva’ on a tour setlist. That full circle moment is cold af 😭🔥

Interviewer asked: N5.41 trillion, that's how much the president said will go to defense in the 2026 budget. What are we buying? Defense Minister replies : Divide it into dollars, what can you buy? One Tomahawk missile that was fire is $3.2 million, one precision drone bomb, the least is $100,000, that’s N140 million. Imagine when you fire it, if it hits somebody, or doesn’t hit something, N140 million is gone.
