// a few thoughts on remote work for animators (especially important for aspiring animators) my story: let's rewind the clock back to this animation. You're looking at a very rare 17 year old gameplay prototype animation done for the next gen Prince of Persia series at the time. What crazy about this clip is that it was done by 1 animator in a couple days. I literally saw it animated from start to end with my own eyes. The animation quality in this clip is off the charts, especially when you take into account the animations being released during that era. Now imagine me, in my squeaky chair, swiveling around every few hours to feast my eyes on this animator's dual 27-inch ViewSonic CRT screens. There was an air of magic in those moments, seeing the Prince of Persia coming to life only a few meters from my desk. When I would turn back to try and resume my work, my first thoughts were always "how the heck is he animating so fast and so well!" - What's even more puzzling was how he had so much control over the 3dsmax Biped, it had NO friggen F-curves, for crying out loud! loll - who was this animator? The monitors I would stare at from my desk belonged to Emile Ghorayeb. Just search his name and you'll see his IMDB credits. He was THAT good back then so you can only imagine how insanely good he is right now! Today, he's a very good friend of mine that I love very much and we have a lot of wonderful industry related memories that we share! - why does going to the office matter? Every day going to the office, I'd be really excited to see my team and eager to see what Emile was working on! I couldn't wait to dive into my own animations, driven by the aspiration that one day, just maybe, I could reach a level of skill and finesse comparable to the incredible quality he brought to his animations. - conclusion Remote work is wonderful, don't get me wrong, it's given us all opportunities we would have never had before and I'm super grateful for it. That said, for next generation of talent that hasn't yet experienced it. Try and work from the office, if you can. In my opinion, it's the best place to learn, to get inspired and certainly the best place to make some wonderful friends that will be a part of your animation journey for life! Thanks for reading if you made it this far! ps. turn on the sound and enjoy this rare gem of animation! 💎

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT 🚨 Man comes forward: HE WAS PAID $150 PER DAY TO PROTEST IN THE LA ICE RIOTS This is highly organized. Entire warehouses are rented out, huge lines of people singing contracts TO BE PAID TO PROTEST In the warehouse there were people MAKING EXPLOSIVES “I was tricked into being an active participant in this peaceful protest, AKA race riots that are going on in Los Angeles. And I know I'm going to get in trouble because talking about it is against the contract I signed, which should have been the first red flag, but I got to tell my side of the story. So my brother's lived in Los Angeles for the past three years, and I was down there for about a week visiting. Well, around night five or six, he told me that he's going to go do something tomorrow and he's going to make some money. So I inquired, well, what do you got to do? I want to make some money, too. So he's like, yeah, bro, you can come with me. And I don't know all the details about what we're going to be doing yet, but I'm getting paid $150 a day to essentially protest something in a peaceful manner that is protected by the Constitution. I said okay I'm coming. So morning time rolls around, we get ready and we go. We pull up to the address. Now, the address is like a warehouse. I'm like, whoa, bro, I did not sign up to work a factory job. He goes, I promise, this is not that. Just come inside. So as soon as you enter the doors of this place, you are now in a line. And at the end of the line, there's a desk, and there's a piece of paper and a pen and a guy standing at this desk. And I'm noticing. I'm peeking ahead in line, and I'm noticing that he's having guys sign things, and then he's handing them an envelope. I said, great, that must be the money. So after I signed the papers and I grabbed the envelope, I now entered into the next dimension of the warehouse. Now, the next dimension of the warehouse, it looked like preparation for a peaceful protest. I mean, there's sunscreen, there's water bottles. But if you do a little further, you realize that this is gonna be anything but peaceful. So I look a little further past the water, past the sunscreen, and I see something that resembles rudimentary explosive making. And, you know, I nudged my brother like, bro, look at this. Y' all so chill. Don't worry about that. Come on. So then we head to the back door where everyone was exiting out of. And now they're handing everybody a Mexican flag as they exit this building. And I grab it. I'm looking at him like, man, I'm a Republican. But I definitely can't tell them that now. Like, I'm committed to the bit. And after that, the rest is history. You've seen what happened all over the news. I'm just glad I made it out okay.”

Sharing My Journey Trading Memecoins on Solana (1 Year 4 Months In) I’ll also be doing a giveaway 0.5 SOL each to 3 lucky winners ( 48 hours ). The rules are simple: Repost and Share your trading experience on Solana (memecoins or utility coins) and tell me your biggest profit and biggest loss in the comment below. Alright, now it’s time for us to get back to the story. I wanna share my personal experience trading memecoins (and some utility plays) on Solana over the past 1 year and 4 months. Before that, I was pretty active on Ethereum since around 2020. So what made me switch to Solana ? It started when someone from my private group pointed out the potential of Solana, the speed, the low fees, and how early the ecosystem still felt at the time. Funny thing is, I actually heard about Solana when it was already at $80, but I didn’t really touch it until it hit around $100, and I started with 20 SOL as capital. It was sometime around February 2024 (don’t remember the exact date), when I first tried trading memecoins on Solana. Back then, wasn’t even popping yet, most devs were still launching manually. No fancy bots, no real token scanners, just pure risk. ( Correct me if I’m wrong about when first launched. ) Honestly, in the beginning, it was tough. New tokens popping up every second, rugs left and right, Solana was in hype mode, and everyone wanted to launch something. But by April, things started to click. I was finally making profits trading Solana coins, memecoins, lowcap utilities, all that. If I compare it to now, I’d say it was way easier back then to catch early entries. Not even exaggerating, 100x plays were way more common. I will put sneak peek of some of my PnL from my personal channel, Of course, it’s not as simple anymore with today’s market; Bundles everywhere, token farming systems, launch metas changing fast… Back then? It was cleaner. Simpler. Honestly, better. Through all this, I’ve always had one dream: To help people who are truly serious about learning the game. That’s why I started Bollish Research , a place for real ones to learn and grow in this space. From the very beginning of Bollish Academy until now, we’ve built the Bollish Research team through real work and honestly, quite a few people have been cut along the way. The older I get, the more I realize the value of staying low key… of building a tight circle and only letting the right people in. You can be open, honest, and real, but still know that not everyone deserves a seat at your table. I’ve come to realize this right now, all I want is to grind hard, make a lot of money, and make the people who’ve stood by me from day one proud. The ones who were there when I was nothing, all the way to who I am now. I wanna help people in need too, using the profits from my trading, because I’ve never had any intention of launching paid classes or any of that bullshit. So if you’re reading this, listen. Most of the time there is no support system, it's just you and your grind. So believe in yourself. Motivate yourself. Celebrate your small wins. Pray to God that you will make it. Don’t lose hope. Stay focused. Stay consistent. Be disciplined. If you wanna see my PnL, you can check it out below or you can join my Journey Channel ( ) Thanks for reading. I love you all

Mel Brooks reminisces how Alfred Hitchcock reacted after seeing the premiere of 'High Anxiety' (1977): "'High Anxiety' (1977) premiered on December 25, 1977. At that premiere screening, Hitch sat right next to me. I had my own high anxiety awaiting his re- action. He didn’t laugh. He just sat and he watched. He only broke up once. When the birds let go and plastered me with their droppings, then I could see his shoulders shaking. When the film was over, he got up and walked out. He didn’t say he liked the picture. He didn’t say he hated the picture. He didn’t say anything. He just left. I was devastated. And really worried. Not long after, when I came into the office, there on my desk was a huge box covered with silver paper and red ribbon. I tore the paper open and underneath was an impressive wooden case with a label that read: CHATEAU HAUT BRION 1961. I opened it to see six big, beautiful magnums of Chateau Haut Brion 1961. A priceless gift of one of the finest wines ever made. There was a note: "My dear Mel, What a splendid entertainment, one that should give you no anxieties of any kind. I thank you most humbly for your dedication and I offer you further thanks on behalf of the Golden Gate Bridge. With kindest regards and again my warmest congratulations. --- Hitch" Needless to say, all my worries disappeared. If there was one person in the world I really wanted to like the picture, it was Alfred Hitchcock, and god bless him, he did. And as a thrilling bonus, I could now refer to him as “Hitch.” Hitch knew something not everyone knew—that I had become a devotee of fine wines and had a wine cellar featuring some really classic vintages. I don’t know a lot, but I do know a lot about wine. (I’m not bragging. It’s just a fact.) ('All About Me - My remarkable life in Show Business", Mel Brooks, 2021)

Asked multiple drivers in the media bullpen what it was like to have a day off Monday and then going back to work Tuesday to start a "normal" week. There was very little time between losing Kyle Busch and the start of Coke 600 weekend. Brad Keselowski: "I think most of the industry takes (Memorial Day) off, and usually it's just a break after running 600 miles. But it definitely had a different feel to it this year than others of more than just a physical rest, but a mental rest as well." Kyle Larson: "Showing our support to the Busch family on pit road before the race and getting to see them - helped me anyways sort of, I don't know, find some peace in it all. Just to see their faces and hug them and all that kind of helped me move forward. "I felt fine getting in the racecar and just getting back to work. Obviously you don't forget about them or anything like that, but you kind of have to heal and go." Todd Gilliland: "I thought all the tributes, all that stuff was very fitting last week, and I'm sure it'll continue on throughout really the rest of the year. That's a thing, right? You don't really know when it stops and just how, really, back to normal does it ever get." Tyler Reddick, who celebrated his son Rookie's first birthday on Monday: "For everything that happened over the weekend with the Busch family, Monday comes around, it's my son's first birthday and everything he's been through - when you're sitting still like that, a lot's on your mind. "While it was nice to take a step back and just chill, at the same time all these thoughts do run through your head. A lot of things come to mind."

#Donghae #동해 Fr0mm live 🐯: I have some work to do, so I’m about to head off now. This week’s listening party, it’s my first time trying a listening party. I’m really looking forward to it. Are you looking forward to it too? The listening party is where we all gather together and take some time to listen to the music. You’ve already seen the highlight medley for this album, right? Which one do you like? Should we listen together? “Rocket”, since we performed it at the Super Show encore, it should feel familiar, right? And since it’s familiar, you’ll be able to sing along well, right? I’ll be looking forward to that at the concert. “Race” is cool, right? It’s also a song I really like. Honestly, all the songs this time are good, right? Tell me honestly, if you don’t like something, just say you don’t. This is for you. Alright, let’s move to the next song. At the concert, you all have to do this together, okay? This is definitely a group sing-along. I intentionally added a lot of those parts in this album. Since you’re coming to the venue, I wanted to create parts where everyone can sing together. “Rocket” is like that, “Help” is like that, there are a lot of parts where you’ll need to join in. So I want it to feel like we’re creating the performance together. Okay? Let’s listen to the next one. So that Annie won’t wither, I’ll keep watering it, so it doesn’t fade. I’ll become your season, so that I can always be there for you. So you just have to become my flower. You have to sing this part too, I won’t sing here. “Beautiful flower” you know it, right? You’re looking forward to the concert, right? And also the listening party right now? Alright, next song. “Beautiful” is also a song I really, really like. I kept thinking it would be great to include it in this album. And I made it thinking you’d really love it when you hear the track. Right now, I’m reviewing the highlight medley visual film. We need moments like this too, right? And then, every October we always meet and have a birthday party, right? This will be the theme song for that. Among you today, there must be someone whose birthday it is. Happy birthday to you~ This is crazy, there’s not a single bad song. Even when I listen to it myself, it sounds so good. I’m really, really proud. And seeing you all like it this much, that means a lot. Alright, next, so we don’t miss anything This really feels like Donghae’s vibe, right? This is totally his emotional style. I really remember when I was making this song. I wondered, “Can I really do all of this?” And it was really cold back then while filming. My body kept shaking like this, it was so cold. I really like all of them. I worked hard on every single song. And finally, the last one: The reason I made “Good Day” is because I sincerely wanted to tell you to have a good day, every single day. And I made it thinking that when you listen to this song, it could be the moment you wake up each day. All of us, me included, there are times in life when we feel tired, struggle, and want to give up. I’ll talk more about it after the album is released. But whatever happens, I hope you never give up. You might feel down right now, or feel like giving up, whether it’s friendships, love, or anything at all. But don’t give up. Because I’m here, and you also have people around you who love you. And the sunlight will greet you again. So I hope you endure until the end. This album, really, is for you, and it contains a lot of things I wanted to say to you. So when it comes out, I hope you fully enjoy that time. Another reason I made this a full album is, these days, if you release a mini album, you can’t even listen for 30 minutes. It’s like 20-something minutes, right? Songs are getting shorter too. So I wanted you to spend a longer time enjoying music with this album. Music shows? Probably next week. Dress code for the concert? I’ll tell you a bit later. I’ll prepare a bit more and then let you know. Good night

The Donald Trump Assassination Attempt Was The Bullet That Woke Up The Younger Generation. This Girl Believed All The Lies, Now She’s Awake “Can y'all imagine what today or yesterday would have been like if that bullet woulda hit? If Trump would not have turned his head?” “You could call my mother a conspiracy theorist. She has been studying our government for years now. And I mean not doing quick Google searches. I mean, this woman has dedicated a lot of her time to figuring out who is really running this place we're living. The past, like, 6 years, I've been like, no, mom. That's crazy. Like, some of the stuff I'm like, no. Like, there's no way that's real. We totally went to the moon. 9/11 was totally real. I can honestly say from someone that talks about what is going on in this country every single day, the past 6 months, the stars are all aligning. The dots are all connected. We have been lied to by these people that we have, quote, unquote, been worshiping as our leaders. Do you think they're good guys? They're probably not. Is it not absolutely crazy that we are getting to live this time? This is biblical stuff that we are getting to live through right now. And it's like, we were all born in this time for a reason. I've never really gotten on here and talked about much political stuff on my page because I just don't. But everyone just needs to realize that nothing is what it appears to be. Nothing. Literally nothing. In the end, it's all in God's hands and all we can do is just trust the plan and help wake people up to what is going on. Trump getting shot at yesterday was not something that some 20 year old kid just decided to do. And literally every single sign is pointing that this was all set up, not staged, but set up. They knew he was going to shoot at Trump and he was not supposed to miss. Why were there 10 seconds after the first shot went off? Why were there 10 seconds for him to get 8 rounds off? Especially with all these videos of these people screaming and yelling, there's a man on the roof with a gun and there wasn't anything done. There should have been a quick call, like, boom. Guy on the roof. Boom. Shot dead. There should have never been enough time for that to happen, but there was.”

Bruce Springsteen speaking in Manchester 🇬🇧👏🇺🇸 (the first 35 seconds are a silhouette before being properly lit) "In my home, the America I love that has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years, is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous administration" "Tonight, we ask all who believe in democracy and the best of our American experience, to rise with us to raise your voices against authoritarianism and let freedom reign" "The last check on power after the checks and balances on government have failed, are the people, you and me" "It's in the union of people around a common set of values. That's all that stands between democracy and authoritarianism" "At the end of the day all we've really got is each other" "There are some very weird, strange and dangerous sh*t going on out there right now" "In America they are persecuting people for using their right to free speech and voicing their descent" "This is happening now" "In America, the richest men are taking satisfaction at abandoning the world's poorest children to sickness and death" "This is happening now" "in my country they are taking sadistic pleasure at the pain they inflict on loyal American workers" "They're rolling back historic civil rights legislation that led to a more just and plural society" "They're abandoning our great allies, and siding with dictators against those struggling for their freedoms" "They're defunding American universities that won't bow down to their ideological demands" "They're removing residents off American streets, and without due process of law, deporting them to foreign detention centres and prisons" "This is all happening now" "A majority of our elected representatives have failed to protect the American people from the abuses of an unfit President and a rogue government" "They have no concern or idea of what it means to be deeply American" "The America that I sung to you about for 50 years is real, and regardless of its fault is a great country with a great people" "So we'll survive this moment" *One of my memories as a kid is of a fly drive in the USA where we pumped up the radio nice and loud. And my fav song, which I still remember? Springsteen's Born in the USA - That's the America I know and remember and I wish you all the very best in shining as a nation once again 🙏

[Trans] This one is a little long but I truly hope you get to hear P’Kao’s heartfelt thoughts 🤍 9️⃣: Youu. I’m really happy. I’m so happy that I still have longtime fans coming to listen to Space. It makes me really happy.🥺 IT: There you go, P’Kao. Try talking to them a bit🩷 9️⃣: They won’t talk to us. They’ve disappeared into work already 55555🤣 I’m happy just seeing them. All of you, really old fans, like ancient fans😂. It feels like we grew up together, right? And now seeing everyone, Phi Phi and Nong Nong. I won’t name names though, they’ll get shy. Everyone kind of went their own way and grew up. And when we run into each other again, we haven’t really updated each other on life like what everyone’s doing now. But I still see familiar faces sometimes so I miss them. Some people still drop by, still hang around or still comment on Instagram. When I see that, I feel really happy. Like, they still think of me. They haven’t forgotten me. It really feels like we grew up together and now we’re kind of getting old together too. IT: so cuteee🥹 9️⃣: Yeah, it really feels like I truly grew up with them. I had my golden era, right and fans used to do these really touching surprises all the time. When I was younger, I’d cry so easily. Like, wow, this is so touching. As time goes on, you see some fans who stay and some who disappear. And it makes me feel like life kind of settles, right, Dream? Like people come into your life and then pass through but during that time, they filled something important. And that’s really beautiful. I’m not saying people who left are bad or anything. I just mean that for every moment, I’m really thankful that we got to share good times together and give each other good memories. And when I look back and still see some of them through different stages of my life, I really feel like we grew up together. Like now, some of you are working. Back then, some of you were still students, hadn’t even graduated yet. Now you’re in university, now you’re working, now you’re in big positions. It really feels like we grew up together for real. There are so many good feelings in every stage of life. And I’m really thankful to myself that I entered this industry early, had fans early, fans who surprised me , fans who loved me early. It let me see every single period of time and I really really appreciate it so much. 9️⃣: Am I talking too long? IT: Nooo, I’m actually getting emotional. 🥹 9️⃣: Am I talking too much? IT / NJ: Nooo 9️⃣: Suddenly this got kind of meaningful wa P’Kyky: Thank you for remembering your fans so well. Keng Mak Mak. (You’re doing really great) 9️⃣: Yeah, I remember everyone. I might not remember everyone’s names though. *clapping sounds👏 9️⃣: Oh, there’s applause. Yeah, that’s it. *toilet flush sound🚽 9️⃣: Huh5555 that’s weird. IT: I think everyone probably still has you as a good memory na, even people who’ve left. 9️⃣: Yeah, I want us to be good memories for each other. I really miss everyone. And some people have grown up, gotten really busy with work and can’t come see me anymore and that’s totally okay. But every time I still see them, I’m happy. When I see updates about their lives, like they’ve grown or moved up in life, I’m genuinely so, so happy for them. #Kao1stSpace #supassra_sp

The U.S. has reached a point where the bar isn't just low. It has been buried underground. We are no longer talking about 'slips of the tongue' or the usual political tumble. We are witnessing—in real-time—a man who is fundamentally detached from the reality he claims to lead. Whether it's the casual invention of conversations with world leaders that never happened, or the terrifyingly flippant way he talks about 'taking' sovereign nations. It is DERANGED It is DISHONEST. And frankly, for anyone who still cares about the dignity of high office, it is DISGUSTING! Here is James O’Brien reacting to the latest, and perhaps most disturbing, flurry of faux pas from Trump. James O’Brien: This is him in the Oval Office. Listen, for the avoidance of doubt, Gavin Newsom is the Governor of California and Donald Trump is the President of the United States of America, right? And this happened yesterday. Clip Trump: The President of the United States, Gavin Newscum, admitted that he has learning disabilities, dyslexia... everything about him is dumb. James O’Brien: So that’s deranged, right? Um, here’s the classic lie. Clip Trump: Other presidents should have done—I spoke to one of the former presidents, who I actually like, I actually speak to some, I do like some people, it’d be shocking. And he said, "I wish I did what you did." James O’Brien: So you have there an example of him being deranged and an example of him being a liar. Here’s an example of him being both at the same time. Clip Trump: If I didn’t terminate Barack Hussein Obama’s Iran nuclear deal, you would right now... well, Israel would be gone. It would be incinerated, and probably the Middle East likewise. James O’Brien: Deranged and lying there. Then we move on to, I think, mostly deranged. And this is, of course, what happens when deranged overshadows lying. This is him being deranged and you wishing, or at least hoping, that he’s lying. Clip Trump: But I think you’re gonna see the end. You know, all my life I’ve been hearing about the United States and Cuba. You know, when will the United States do it? I do believe I’ll be the honour of... having the honour of taking Cuba. That’d be a good honour, that’s a big honour. Taking Cuba? Taking Cuba in some form, yeah. Taking Cuba. I mean, whether I free it, take it, I can do anything I want with it. James O’Brien: Little echo there, I don’t know if you picked up on it, of how he talks about women when he is owning up to sexually assaulting them for fun. "You can do anything you want when you’re famous." So we’ve got deranged, dishonest, deranged and dishonest, deranged... here’s disgusting. Clip Trump: And the Prime Minister is a nice man. I think he’s a very nice guy. He says, "Well, I’d like to ask my team." I said, "You don’t have to worry about a team. You don’t have a team. You’re the Prime Minister, you can make a decision." "Well, I have to speak to my people." I said, "You don’t have to speak to anybody." James O’Brien: I mean, off the top of my head, people you might want to consult before undertaking a war like that would include your military and your lawyers. But Trump doesn’t get it. I don’t know whether that goes under deranged, dishonest, disgusting, or all three.

I just closed a $70,000 deal with help from 10 Hermes agents Here is how it happened: A couple of months ago, one of my clients asked me to review their IT spending. The biggest surprise was Atlassian. They were using Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and several paid plugins because the built in reporting and time tracking were not meeting their needs. With more than 300 users, they were spending around $140,000 every year. They had been paying that for six years. That is roughly $840,000. So I asked them: “If I build something that replaces most of these tools, improves the workflows your team struggles with, and cuts your bill in half, would you pay me $70,000 per year?” They said yes. So I put 10 Hermes agents to work For the next month, they worked alongside me for almost 8 hours a day. About half of the code was built using Fable 5 and the other half using Opus 4.8. I spent approximately $11,000 on tokens :P That sounds expensive until you compare it with a $70,000 yearly contract and a product I can now offer to other companies. One month later, the product was ready. The client loved it and gave me the green light to open it to the public and it's my code :) I called it Kapvel Kapvel includes: • Project management and Jira ticket imports • A full service desk with a customer portal • Built in time tracking and reporting • Documents with real time collaboration • Spreadsheets, presentations, and whiteboards • Electronic signatures and approvals • QA test case management • A dedicated UAT portal • GitHub, Bitbucket, and GitLab integrations • Pull request workflows inside the same platform • Custom themes and branded portals The part I am most excited about is what happens when someone submits a support ticket to me: My Hermes agents can immediately review the request, investigate the issue, and start working on a solution. Kapvel is basically: Jira + Confluence + DocuSign + Everhour + QA + UAT All inside one platform, with simpler pricing and fewer third party plugins. This is not a mockup The client is already using it Now I am preparing to open Kapvel to other teams Comment KAPVEL for early access.

Jocko Willink says the answer to tasks piling up is a small notebook, two consolidations a day, and 15 minutes of list review scheduled like an appointment. "First, first of all, definitely write the things down in one place." "It sounds like, since you're moving all the time or you're going to meetings, carry just a nice little notebook with you and write the things down as you get tasked with them." "Then on top of that, you have to have a master list of some kind, either paper or digital." "So if you get tasked something in a meeting in your little notebook, you come back, you put it in the right place in the master task list." "And then like twice a day to consolidate the information that's in the little notebook you have into the big master list." "Before you go to bed at night, you organize those things by priority on the master list. You put the most important thing at the top and that's what you're going to attack the next day." "That's part one on how you get these things organized. Now the part two is you got to schedule this stuff. And actually, I always say this when people have trouble with tasks, put them on the calendar." "Jamie does that for me. When Jamie's got something for me to do, she just doesn't email me and say, hey, you need to do this. She puts it on the calendar. So I look at my calendar, boom, there it is." "Put these things on your calendar. And that includes scheduling time on your calendar so that you can have time to consolidate your list and do a review of your lists." There is no "try harder" anywhere in his answer. The notebook catches it, the list ranks it, the calendar gives it a time, and the fifteen-minute review keeps the whole thing honest, so his head never has to hold any of it. That is the real fix for the kind of overload where none of the tasks are hard but they never stop coming: everything gets a place and a time, and whatever is still floating in your head is the thing taxing you. - Jocko Willink (Jocko Willink) on the Jocko Podcast (Jocko Willink)
