Live Nation took no accountability for refusing to protect consumers. According to the FTC it was company policy to turn a blind eye to brokers and bad actors buying up tickets while fans suffered the consequences. I pushed for real accountability to protect artists and fans.

Musician Kid Rock, legally known as Robert Ritchie, testified on Capitol Hill Wednesday over his concerns about the resale ticket market pricing consumers out of live events such as concerts. "We can't get the tickets into the hands of the fans at the prices we set," he told CBS News' Nikole Killion. "They need to enforce the Bots Act, but I don't know if that fixes it. They often prowl along the exit area of Kuala Lumpur and ask for money They have some sob story of running out of money in Genting Casino and haven’t eat for a few days. Once they earn the victim’s trust, they promised to send money to the victim if they help them. Is it common now in the US? Or have you encounter it in your country?
