We need to pass my Ban Birth Tourism Act, and we need to shut down the birth tourism industry. It is now in the hands of Congress to stand up for the value of American citizenship.

Last night, Senate Democrats voted AGAINST my measure — the CLEAR Act — to deport criminal illegal aliens. They are blatantly disregarding Americans’ safety.

Following the Supreme Court’s disappointing ruling on birthright citizenship, it’s clear Congress needs to step up to the plate to combat birth tourism. We need my Ban Birth Tourism Act, and we need a strong AG like Acting AG Todd Blanche who will stand up for American citizenship.

Tomorrow, the Senate Judiciary Committee will begin the process to confirm Acting AG Todd Blanche as AG. While Democrats try to turn this into a circus, Republicans are focused on getting him through to wipe out more fraud, end two tiers of justice, and hold criminals accountable.

Senator Graham fought until the very end of his life to secure our elections. We must continue this fight in his honor.

We must strengthen Medicaid by ending the corruption that has allowed 1.4 million illegal aliens to exploit the program on the taxpayers’ dime. I just filed an amendment to close the loophole that has allowed illegal aliens to receive Medicaid coverage.

Ticketmaster has repeatedly allowed bots and scammers to take tickets away from the loyal fans of artists like KidRock. I am leading a hearing right now to demand answers from Live Nation on why they are putting scammers before consumers.

Every state in America must clean up their voter rolls to ensure illegal aliens and non-citizens cannot vote in our elections.

Carjacking crimes are out of control, and we need to empower prosecutors with more tools to go after violent carjackers. Grateful to have Acting AG Todd Blanche’s support for my Federal Carjacking Enforcement Act to make certain that these criminals are held accountable.
