We bear responsibility for the eastern flank and the Atlantic, especially Germany in our geopolitical situation. That is our primary responsibility. Everything else is something that may or may not be added in specific cases. And I say again – we did not start this war [with Iran]. I share, we all share, the goal of ending this mullah regime. The question is how this will be achieved; that is what is being discussed. The Americans chose this path together with the Israelis. We have only offered very restrained criticism. But the next step threatens to draw us into this conflict. And I repeat what I said in Norway – what does the world expect, what does Donald Trump expect from a few or two European frigates in the Strait of Hormuz that the powerful American fleet there cannot do itself? That is the question I ask myself. And before we make any decisions outside NATO territory, we need both an international security umbrella and a mandate from the German Bundestag. I would think very carefully about it before taking that step, and I simply see no reason for it. This isn't our war; we didn't start it. He also said that if the idea of disclosure (credits Greer) means, "the President would have a fireside conversation or press conference and say that aliens, in the sense of extraterrestrials, are real, that they are engaged in...that they constitute some kind of presence here; that Roswell happened; and that the intelligence community knows about it? "If that's what we mean by disclosure, I think that people should temper their expectations about what it would ACTUALLY look like. Which is...it probably would be a pretty minimal acknowledgement, followed by a statement that we're seeking more answers on this. And I think that would actually satisfy a lot of media.
