We should normalize breaking things to be honest. Everyone so scared right now they have to plan a 1 year sprint to implement a small feature, then write 200 tests and schedule 10 code reviews.

"Advice" is a mass noun; you either have to say "another piece of Advice" or "some more Advice".

Yeah, and then they will put it into production, and fire you, and whole world for next century will “check for nil” every time they use your software, and you can’t do shit about it. I miss those years when software was released as is, and there was no critical bugs, cos it was well thought out or open source. Different mindset, the times then you could not update your software cos there was no internet. It was a craftsmanship times. Now everything is bloated. I love the take by Jonathan Blow.
