$Another little thing that nothing but Fable could have helped me make today: You can now drag and drop files from your own computer into Windows 3.11 on The file is saved inside C:\DOCS and if you want to share it with other people you can put it in C:\SHARED It all works with a web filesystem called WebFS and it's very very cool, kind of becoming like a shared library/school computer$

This group of friends were going for an outing in the city, when they finally found a place to park they see it’s $40 but decided to just go ahead and pay it at that point. When they got back they see that their car had a boot on it and they are claiming they went over their parking time limit. Turns out the parking a lot workers have a deal with the boot company, they had the boot company pilot the boot on other peoples cars too so they can make money. As soon as she threatens to call the police, he claims go ahead we have a cop here too, but they hurry up and take the boot off. Was this a scam all along, or did nobody bother to ask if there was a time limit on parking?
